The owner is very honest. My tire was worn and I had to change the front two. He gave me the quote and told me that tires were worn because of misalignment. He introduced me to alignment place saying they do a better job and will be cheaper(which was a surprise)! For oil change, I can call ahead and get it on the same day usually or next day. Excellent choice I have been coming to this auto shop with my parents since I was a kid. This shop is honest, great quality of work and superb customer service. When ever you are getting work done and need a replacement. They will show you the part and explain what is wrong. Sometimes he will give you a estimate of how long you have until you really need to replace it. Please note, as a women I have never been mistreated or ripped off at this establishment. Service: as good as can be. I had low oil levels and Maint Req'd lights triggered before 3k miles after oil changes at a previous place, but not here. Friendly service with a smile. Wait time: never had to wait. I'm in and out in 10-15 mins. I stop by around 4:30 pm on weekdays on my way home. Value: $30 after tax for my 2006 Lexus GS300 (190k miles). They recommend the next change at 5k miles (not 3k or X months which are BS) so that's another good sign of honesty. Quality: synthetic blend. Car seems to run better than after previous places. My dashboard light came on telling me the pressure in 2 of my tires was low. I took it into Sam's Club where I originally bought the tires and all they did was put air in them and told me it was natural for tires to lose air pressure. Young is so awesome. I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and he was still willing to do an oil change for me despite having 2 other cars to fix. The service itself took no more than 15-20 minutes and that's including the time they spent inflating and checking all of my 4 tires because my tire pressure sensor was on. I went to a different tire place just a day before to get a tire plugged and regret it because 1, they charged more..2, my tire sensor was still when I drove off like an idiot and 3, they did not handle my car with care like Young and his guys did. He constantly updates you regarding what is going on and keeps in touch with you about everything. He's is very honest and will tell you the truth. My alternator went out and i was going to buy one myself and then just have him install it but he talked me out of it because his price was actually cheaper for the part! There are a couple of other mechanics there who are really friendly and good as well, and one of them has given me a ride back to my nearby home a couple of times when I needed it.
