"Dane" was a very smooth sounding robot. However, when I pressed the AI "are you a real person" it said "I am a customer service agent". When I pressed again, the robot said more firmly and almost sternly "I am a customer service agent". This deceptive use of AI is unacceptable and needs to stop. I will not use this business if they cannot be honest with me about whether I'm talking with a real person. If the robot simply said "yes, I'm an AI customer service assistant and I can help with scheduling appointments" or something like that, it would be fine.

He also figured out the problem with our leak almost immediately after showing him where the leak was and telling him I noticed the leak happening after I turned on my kitchen faucet and not my shower, which was on the other side of our kitchen. He knew pretty much right away it was a drink that had spilled ‍ as it couldn't have been the pipes from the kitchen as they were underneath our sink and not above where we were seeing the leak. Had Handy plumbing take care of an initial job. I thought the tech that did the assessment would do the job since he seemed to know what he was doing, Instead, he sent a relative. The tech kept having to contact other techs since he didnt seem to know how to address the issue and admitted he just started. Eventually he finished the job but took forever. I had another issue come up recently and Handy Plumbing sent that same tech. Again, he was having issues, and a simple job that should have finished that morning took the whole day. Outstanding Experience with Fast Response Plumbing…read more I contacted seven different companies to get estimates for replacing my sewer line and house trap, and from the very first conversation with Tim, I had a great feeling about Fast Response Plumbing. After speaking with him and researching reviews on Yelp, it became clear that this is one of the top plumbing companies in San Francisco for this type of work. Not only were their prices competitive, but I also saved thousands of dollars compared to some of the other estimates I received. Customer feedback played a major role in my decision. While a few other companies on Yelp appeared to have similar ratings at first glance, a closer inspection revealed many reviews (sometimes hundreds) were filtered or removed and not counted. That raised concerns about the authenticity of their ratings. In contrast, Fast Response Plumbing's reviews appeared genuine and consistent, which gave me even more confidence in choosing them. I'm extremely happy with the results. Every aspect of the project exceeded my expectations: * Competitive and fair pricing * Excellent communication throughout the entire process * Smooth permit handling with no issues * Expert concrete restoration after the excavation work * Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail One thing that particularly impressed me was that they installed a 5-inch sewer trap instead of simply replacing the existing 4-inch trap. That thoughtful upgrade will make any future servicing much easier and demonstrates their commitment to doing the job right rather than just meeting the minimum requirements. They also made payment easy by allowing online credit card payments, which was a nice convenience. Honestly, I struggle to think of anything they could have done better. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, skilled, and genuinely committed to delivering quality work. They went above and beyond every step of the way. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumbing company in San Francisco for sewer line or house trap replacement, I highly recommend Fast Response Plumbing. Thank you to Tim and the entire team for a job exceptionally well done!

Fast Response Plumbing did an incredible job with my sewer line repair in San Francisco. We decided…read moreto get a lot of bids for this project. Theirs came in at a very reasonable rate, and most importantly, they had capacity to start as soon as possible because we had an urgent sewer line failure. When I called, I believe I came into contact with the owner. I explained to him the scope of the job, and I even told him that he probably doesn't need to send a plumber out because, at this point, we are just comparing costs and I even hinted that we were desperate to get started as soon as possible based on what was told to us by the other plumbers that came out. The owner told me that he'd send a plumber out anyway to do their own scope, since other plumbers may have not been consistent, he could have very easily taken advantage of my desperation in this time, but he didn't David was the only plumber out of the many bids we got who actually called us out and showed us what was on the camera, and explained to us what was happening underneath our house. Within 24 hours, he got the quote back to us. Again, he knew it was an emergency, so the turnaround was great! He came out with a nicely staffed crew. Within a few days, our floor was jackhammered, there was a mound of dirt in our garage, and within the next few days, they connected our sewer line, so we were only without water for a few hours at most. The sewer line installation passed city inspection (SF) the first time. the dirt was quickly backfilled, with concrete poured on top. From a little over a week to the initial consultation, we had a perfectly working sewer line, and we were able to park in our driveway. they were very neat after they completed their job, and they even cleaned out our garage where all the backfill dirt was being stored. I highly recommend them for your sewer repairs, and they will be our new plumber going forward.
