Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results! I will be using Bolt Electric in the future as they are very professional, great communicators and very cost conscience on the project and very reasonable rates.

When I spoke with their receptionist she quoted me a price of $80.00 for the service call, then about an hr or so later a supervisor called me about them making a visit out to my home and he quoted me $120.00 for the service visit, about a week later the home builder sent out an electrician from them and he told me the service call is $60.00. I received 3 different prices and the ranges vary vastly. I always say honesty is the best policy, I just can't trust a company that can't keep their numbers straight.

Our situation was a bit unique: we needed the old panel removed and then a day or two to replace siding, insulation, and address any issues we found inside the walls before the new panel could be installed. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. Of course this came to a head a little after 5:30 pm when you would think all the service techs would have called it a day. I posted my emergency on Yelp, and Jason replied within a minute to ask a few questions and let me know he could be here within the hour. He made it here in 30 minutes. This is the service of yesteryear when it meant something to commit to the very best. Jason explained thoroughly how these breakers can take a turn and fail when not properly maintained. (In our case we had some screws that were loose, causing the intermittent flow to tax the breaker) We had used our home warranty service to have an AC guy look at the problem previously (before the breaker completely failed) and he had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Beware using "home shield" vendors, as they are paid very little and will fit the repair with what profits them the most! It was quite a fiasco until NES came out and solved it in a snap.
