The doctor comes in and has me breathe deeply while he listened with a stethoscope, standing behind me, but he had a 12" square mirror on the wall facing me! It seemed incredible to me at the time and still does, but I am not making this up. He had been recommended and this was my first visit. I was planning on switching to him and had told the front office. He specifically asked whether I'd be having my pelvic exams done by him! Needless to say, I never returned. I intended to file a complaint with the AMA, but it turns out you need to send them a letter explaining the problem and then they'll send you a complaint form if they think your complaint warrants it! I ended up not bothering, but I should have. These events occurred about 10 years ago. This must have happened to other women, too, as there was nothing unusual about my anatomy.

This is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is caring and he understands all different modalities…read morenot just the traditional Western medicine stuff. He's very thoughtful and spends time explaining things in a way that could be Easily understood. He has also treated my children and anytime there's been issues where we I have needed to call him he responds in a reasonable amount of time. He's a very busy doctor Which does not surprise me because of how great he is so the time to get into see him might be long, but well worth it.

She told me in the appointment that she would get my records from my previous doctor and send me for lab tests prior to our next appointment. No one from her office ever contacted me. A day prior to my appointment I was called by someone from the Sutter Health group, (I don't believe it was the doctor's office), to confirm my appointment. I explained that I had never received anything regarding the labs. They said the doctor could call for the labs at my appointment and then I could come back for another appointment to review. So they wanted me to have three appointments at $295 per appointment to get one exam. I said no I would cancel my appointment. No one from the doctors office ever called me to ask what had happened, was I ok, anything. When I received the bill, I called the office to contest the charges, there was no apology for my inconvenience or explanation as to why neither the doctor nor her office followed up. Worst experience with a doctor's office ever! And I went because I'm having a health issue and now I still need to find a new doctor.
