I just left Dr. Rosa's office after my annual physical and I had to come straight here to say that…read morethis was probably the best doctors visit I've ever been to. Not only was he on time for my appointment which has become increasingly rare at most doctors offices but he took the time to listen to me and go over things that I could do in my every day life to improve life in general. We talked not just about body but about mental health as well and the importance of feeling fulfilled. He took his time, was very friendly, and made me feel like I was in great hands. I'm glad to have found this office.

There are good people here, but they are understaffed and the doctors are unsupported. You will…read morecall and rarely will anyone pick up and you will generally have to wait two weeks or more to get an appointment. If you leave a message, they may call back, and they may not. If you want a recommendation to say, physical therapy, it will take them 3 to 4 and sometimes five days to get it out. And they will probably insist that you come in to see them first which will mean you won't get your illness treated for a month. My advice, use Providence in Santa Rosa where there is more support for the doctors and more staff to support them. Like I said the doctors are good and caring people it's just at the organization and the place is the victim of what is happening to small doctors offices all around the country, poor service.

After seeing our 5 month old baby for a minute on video Brooke determined from a chart of…read morestatistics that our child was malnourished and underweight, ignoring how my husband and I are both tiny people. She was not open to any other path than to force feed him massive amounts of formula and to gain an unheard of 3-4 ounces of weight per day. After one week of her demands, and ignoring our concerns (excessive gassiness, genetics, and the documentation that he was gaining weight), she threatened to call CPS - Child Protective Services! It was a manipulative abuse of power, and completely uncalled for. We fled from her care and met a breastfeeding expert (recommended by Brooke herself!) who told us after an hour long in-person visit that our baby was better than normal, healthy, but actually advanced in his development. A malnourished baby will not sleep soundly at night (which ours did). She also said the doctors at this clinic are over-feeding babies. And now we know they also abuse. We also had similar emotional blackmailing from Connie Earl and Sarah Hollister. If you have children or are pregnant, run far and run fast from this clinic.

We could be seen sometimes the same day or within a day or two. He had an after hours doctor take his calls if he wasn't available. He saw myself and my husband through cancer. Understandably we were both anxious and worried and hoped to have Dr Canova provide clues through all the lab work we had just completed. I would not recommend a doctor that I don't feel is there to heal and comfort but instead uses his position to be arrogant and frankly cruel.
