I didn't expect them at all, but hey, if I had, it wouldn't be a surprise now, would it? I was very pleased with the arrangement. The flowers opened up quite nicely and I placed them in my bedroom happily. That and the truffles were a real delight. I'm not sure I would use them though, but I think it's mostly a matter of distance. This is very south, so I'm honestly shocked that they deliver to my area. I guess that's another point for them. At any rate, they made me smile, so I grant this flower shop five stars.

What they do is change the moss around the roots so you cannot see the bugs. They look like concentrated spider webs/cotton. My husband bought several plants to decorate our home the day before Thanksgiving. When he arrived and I was going to arrange the orchids, I noticed that the majority had a blatantly visible mealy bug problem. I called the owner who was very polite and she asked that I sent her pictures. I did. She told me there would be no problem in returning or exchanging. I kept the small orchids (that didn't seem to have any visible infestation, at a risk) and had my husband return the large white orchids. He showed up on Thanksgiving morning to process the return as the owner agreed to and the employee at the shop was extremely rude and condescending. My husband just kept telling her that I had spoken to the owner and that he was only there to return the infested orchids as we agreed. She berated him for no reason and accused him of nothing being wrong with the plants and that clients are never happy. She also said that she couldn't believe we would show up on Thanksgiving to return the orchids. They were clearly infected. The last thing we wanted to do was have to find the time to return the plants, be left without them, and for my husband to have to deal with an employee that lacks education in customer service.

They charge more money to ensure delivery before noon and no only do i ALWAYS get that money refunded but they almost always refund the entire purchase PLUS send me a credit for next time. Come now this experience. I farted around and didn't order our anniversary flowers until last night. I googled something and thank baby Jesus Les Fleurs popped up. I saw a picture of a beautiful arrangement and the price was much less then those other Yahoo!'s. So I quickly refocused and thought it would be like a meal you see on a restaurant advertisement (the picture looks all yummy and when you actually get it, it's...its, you get what I mean) I thought what the heck let's give it a try. My wife is used to disappointing flowers and the drama that ensues. I honestly didn't have much hope. With those other companies, when they make mistakes and you have to call them you're usually on hold forEVER.
