First I was so impressed with the office itself very clean friendly cozy comfortable atmosphere. I found the best chair to sit in that was in the corner next to the windows. I had prepared to settle in for a long wait so I had my coffee, my own magazines, a book, my iPad, water and a snack. With the comfy chair all I needed was a fireplace and I would be at home. Lol. The staff was excellent. I can't say enough how inviting, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable the staff was. All of them. How they explained HIPPA to my friend and procedure that would be performed was of patience and understanding. They explained insurance in layman's terms and didn't mind repeating to make sure we understood everything. I was impressed that I was allowed back with him on initial to go over the X-rays and while Dr Meekins explained everything. He answered my questions as well as my friends and explained exactly what he needed to do to follow up afterwards. The room was like the office very comfortable. Dr Meekins has a wonderful personality and great bedside manner. Extremely knowledgeable and doesn't mind explaining things. If I didn't already love my dentist I would definitely come here for service. This is one dentist office that I felt very relaxed and comfortable in. The whole ambiance was like that. The staff alone makes this place great. I watched as the receptionist took care with every patient that arrived. She was a mature woman and Her attention to not only patients in office but with calls and other staff was remarkable. The service here is absolutely A++++

No one was available on Day 5 Dr.Russ examined me.... cut out the necrotic tissue on my lip and performed the MOST AMAZING reconstruction surgery!! He claimed he wasn't a plastic surgeon but his work was AMAZING. After following his treatment plan as instructed... when I came back 3 days later for my post-op visit. He was thrilled that the wound looked 1000% better and so was I !!! On day 10 he removed the sutures he placed and OMG!!! The deformity that I anticipated having was NO LONGER an issue because his work was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING leaving only a hairline scar!!! His team and office staff were also AMAZING and very empathtic to my situation from the first day that I entered the office!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I came in with pain level 8/10 and high anxiety. However, Dr. Ivers was very informative, detailed, and professional. The whole experience was very painless and quick! The local anesthesia if anything was the hard part. He was done with my wisdom teeth removal in less than 2 mins! I'm definitely going to be recommending this place to everyone for their wisdom teeth removal!

From the 1st time he started working on Mt mouth I was in pain. He had to sculpt the two teeth that was missing the very first time he put them in they felt like boulders in my mouth my tongue rubbed in them and my jaw was sore. I complained to him again he said it would be OK. The pain was constant an my mouth was sore and my jaw was swollen. Every time I asked him was was going on he would say nothing. He was very condensing and would give me a straight answer one he left out the room and I realized the broken took I wanted fixed was gone and there was a pole sticking out my gum the wisdom tooth has been filed down? Why? He didn't have my permission nor did he ask. After over two months of pain I explained to him if he couldn't get it right there was not going to be anymore Dr. Patient relation. So he decided he would resize the teeth so he since he was the one that sized them in the beginning. When I left his office I noticed that was the first time in over 2 months my mouth didn't hurt the next morning his receptionist called and said he wanted me to go to a gum specialist. Why now? Later that day I was eating a salad on the right side because I couldn't chew on the left side. The wasn't anything hard in the salad no carrots not even meat. I felt something Strange I spit everything out including the. Teeth I asked for my money back. He said he would give it back that was in October 3 reps from humana have contacted him and he said he would send the money back. Even yesterday a rep contacted him he prolonging giving me my money back. He also needs to pay for the wisdom tooth he filed down its now sensitive. He gave me toothpaste for that (lol) and for the tooth he filed completely he needs to pay for an implant the insurance doesn't pay for those and that's the only way I'll have a tooth in the spot he is a very Bad dentist. And I he won't cover the damage he's done I will have no chose but to Sue him. I went in with two missing teeth and one broken. And came out with 3 missing teeth an on damaged because he filed it down . This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. And the error above should say there was nothing wrong with my wisdom teeth but he filed that one down. Dr chinn you know you should pay for the way you messed up my mouth. The only reason he got one star is because i had to give at least one to send this post
