There is a parking garage and also valet parking if you prefer. My appointment with Dr. Shah almost always runs on time. I rate Dr. shah as an excellent doctor. He doesn't rush me and takes the time to do a thorough consultation. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of how difficult it is to get through to this office on the phones. It can sometimes take over an hour of waiting. They do offer a call back service but if you miss that then you have to start all over again. Given how busy they are and how many doctors they have, they should really employ more people for the phones. It's often quicker to drive there and speak to the front desk than it is to call in.

My husband and I would love to know if she is still practicing in the area. FPG didn't handle her departure with her patients very well. No one knows anything and/or they won't say. If anyone has any information as to where Dr Sanders is practicing I would greatly appreciate the information. Her replacement is definitely not up to par (or HER standards).

However, when my new doctor called (Dr. Ferrari has been fired), his office was unable to produce the reports because the sample was never sent in!! Can we say "fraud"? Not to mention he cortorized the wrong area on my elbow (how does one miss a noticeable wound?) nor did he administer the numbing agent prior to the procedure. What an incompetent fool. Both my brother and I both have fired him (for separate reasons) due to having no clue or outright negligence, misdiagnoses or failure to make any diagnosis at all and just stabbing in the dark.
