I sent my daughter here to get hair cut and coloured so she could look great for her grad…read morepictures. The first appointment was for a haircut and when she went for the second appointment to have her coloured in ash it was a disaster. This is what happened: She was quoted $205.00 after her consultation. They proceeded to bleach out her hair. Right in the middle of bleaching her hair they said it would cost another $180.00. So now the price is almost $400.00. My daughter called me and told me this and I refused to pay almost $400.00 after being quoted $205.00. In what universe does it cost $400.00. to have your hair dyed ash (which by the way was close to the colour she had) They said she never disclosed that she had coloured hair before. That was nonsense. She disclosed this when she had her cut and I told them when booking the appointment and it was obvious since she hadn't coloured her in 8 months. They out and out lied for their screw up. If that's not enough, they wouldn't finish what they had started. When I refused to pay extra they were going to send her home with bleached out hair (which would cost the original $205.00.). My daughter was in tears. Keep in mind she was getting grad pictures in a day. I called them and said what they were doing was unethical, unprofessional and out and out EXTORTION. They said they would fix it. They put a toner on her hair that was dark brown with blue hues in it. OMG. Really. They should be ashamed of themselves. SHAME SHAME SHAME Don't go here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Don't waste your money!…read more Well I would like to begin with if I could give no starts that's what I would give. I went there to get a trim and nails done. So I have to admit I was 15 minutes late for my appointment which is understandable but they could've just rebooked me if it was gonna be such a big deal and after I got my nails done I got trim and a little bit of bangs. Well I called back because one of my nails had already broken off and I explained to them that I didn't feel comfortable seeing the same girl but the receptionist jake kept pushing and pushing and making me feel more uncomfortable until the point where I wanted to speak with a manager. The manager I spoke with was very nice and assured me if I came back to get my nail fixed everything would be ok and no judgment. But boy was she wrong. The lady that did my nails was so rude I waved to her and said hi and she just looked at me and walked in the place. And not to mention so rough because I explained to the manager the reason it took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails was because she didn't use the drill and just used a nail file. Well I can see why she didn't use a drill because she chopped my fingers up trying to fix her job she did the first time. And than she started to shame me because when I waved to her I was having a smoke and said well you can't have your nails white because you smoke and they will turn yellow right away. Just an all together horrible experience there. And the guy who cut my hair I felt like he was judging me because I had just had my nails done and my makeup was done and he said "oh where are you going to a big party?" And I asked for a trim to try and get all my ends not looking so fried. And not a straight across cut and as I was explaining to him he just brushed me off like ya ya I know what you are talking about. But clearly he didn't and not to mention my bangs he fucked them up doesn't even look like bangs. I will never be going back here and will advise everybody I know not to go to this place just because of the disrespect that I was given by the employees there and not to mention after I went back and got the nail fixed the exact same one broke in the exact same spot horrible. Oh ya and she didn't take the extra gel that was under my nails as well

Pure Form rescued me from a hair emergency and I am so grateful!…read more My friend and I were bridesmaids in a wedding on July 1. She booked us an appointment with her regular stylist (not from Pure Form) for up-dos more than 2 months in advance because we knew it would be hard to get someone on a long weekend Sunday. The plan was to go to the stylist's house because her salon wasn't going to be open on July 1, and we could save a bit of money. It all sounded perfect, until the stylist cancelled on us the day before our appointment!!! After phoning a few mall salons and finding out they didn't open until 11 or 12 am, my friend tried Pure Form, a salon that she used to go to but hadn't been in over a year. The receptionist remembered her and was very sympathetic to our situation. She asked around the salon and luckily a stylist volunteered to come in on her day off. We arrived at the salon and met Lindsay at 8 am on Sunday morning because we needed to be out of there by 10 am for wedding stuff. She was in a great mood and very friendly, especially considering the time :) Lindsay listened to what we wanted and encouraged us to speak up if the style was going somewhere we did not want it to go. She did an amazing job and we both left feeling fantastic. The styles stayed put for over 16 hours, through photos in the heat and lots of dancing. My boyfriend liked my hair style so much, he suggested I do it like that every day. Yeah right - I can barely pull off a pony tail on my own...
