If I could give zero stars, I would. Over a six-month…read moreperiod, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed: * Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times) * Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia * Gutters frequently overflowing * Gutters visibly scratched and dented * Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining ... and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I'm now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself ... only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn't. I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.

Zeta came through my neighborhood like a wrecking ball and took down 100+ year old oaks. Neighbors…read moreon either side of my house got their roofs cleaved and crews were buzzing around the clock. I heard horror stories of $16,000 removals and saw a swinging crane knock down my neighbor's chimney with a huge suspended log. My tree problem wasn't as big of a deal. I was lucky. That said, I called a few places and they either didn't want to be bothered by a 25 year old Leyland cypress over my sunroom, or wouldn't come out for a quote for a week, then said they'd schedule me for JANUARY (2 months later). I called Cathy in the afternoon and she booked Chris to give a quote in the morning. I hadn't had many quotes, but they were all above my comfort -- obviously there was plenty of work out there for months to come. Chris told me he could cut it safely and haul it for the lowest price. He also had a guy who would eliminate the stump and upturned roots for $100. But how long would I have to wait? "We can do it tomorrow afternoon between jobs." They brought a crew of 6 and saved my fence in the process (the tree was leaning over my fence, within two inches of the top). 4 of them hauled sections while two managed/climbed/cut. Chris came in to check and give instructions at the start and at the end of the project. He also reviewed the completion to make sure it was to my satisfaction. On the way out, at my prompting, he gave me some quotes on standing trees that I may want to take down in February when it's cheapest. Above and beyond: Since this was a neighbor's tree, Chris gave me good recommendations on what needed to happen with the remaining 15 Leylands that look at the end of their lifespan, crafted a letter for me to use as a template, and worked with me to make our 50/50 neighbor split easy. They kept in phone and text communication any time I had a question. He even wore a mask for our review without my request. Bonus: His stump grinder contact was reliable and reached out the next day without any prompting. Now it's like nothing happened! I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need some trees cut down, I'll call Cathy and Chris.

They were all prompt with being there on time which they get credit for because I appreciate that. One contractor came in at $6000 another contractor at $5000 and one more at $8500. The funny thing is, they were quoting me anywhere between six and eight Trees. The guy that quoted me on six, I pointed out two others and said what about those and he had never even noticed them. Ryan comes out shows me that there are 12 trees that really need to come down and explain why then he pointed out that my oak tree needed two branches removed in order for the oak tree to remain healthy. They would just take care of that while they were up on the lift. Also, one of the biggest trees in the front yard he said they would grind the stump down after cutting the tree so that my yard would remain looking nice. All this for $6000!!!!!!!!!! Ryan was prompt. His crew was respectful and very polite. What also impressed me was the open line of communication with Ryan. After the big snowstorm in March 2026, they were out there working while the warm weather was melting the snow pretty quickly - Ryan actually video called me to show me how saturated the yard was and explained why they would need to quit working. I appreciated them, not damaging the yard and having the courtesy to call and explain everything to me. The following weekend his men where out there, raking up sticks and then used a very powerful blower to add the finishing touches to my yard and patios.
