I will post here because previously I posted a review at a site where they had control over posts and they REMOVED it, and for good reason. It was deservedly unflattering. This school demonstrates a level of administrative incompetence and unprofessionalism with their front line customer interface that it is laughable and actually sad. Their clear and obvious concern is not your obtaining your real estate license, but taking your hard earned money! They have these administrative "gotchas" that set you up to have to fork out more money in fees to them by retaking classes and exams. They utilize systems that do not share information, and their representatives are too lazy to actually go into the proper database to get information that you might need. You would THINK the information would be right there in front of them on the screen when they pull up your student record. They will tell you about their "network problems" and "programmers" screw ups when your grades are not reflecting as they should. Even paying for retakes require back and forth of the phone and/or email just to make that happen. You should be able to pay online, no different than how they allow you to when you get suckered into believing they are a worthwhile school when you first sign up. As far as frontline representatives, the ones I encountered were extremely unprofessional. They become confrontational if you question them too much in trying to work through or get clarity on an issue in regards to your student account or records. You might even get hung up on as I did after they tell you they will "get you someone else who can better work with you on your issue". Sure, one could say "it was an accident". It doesn't quite fly though when they placed you on hold one or two times prior on the same call, or when they fail to even try to call you back because the "accidentally" disconnected call. That is what a professional would do. So don't waste your time or money with this outfit. Don't be sucked into the idea that just because of its naming (which has "MLS" and the logo as part of it) that this place is solid. It simply is not. Give your business to someone else. read more

I went here to take my school test and was totally shocked by the test that was given. It seemed to me everything on the test was different than what I learned on the course online. So I didn't do good on it and now I have one chance to take it over and pass or take the course again. I took the Cram course also but I think it was all about the State Test nothing to do with what I learned in my course. I'm confused right now. read more

What a joke. I understood going in that real estate tests were hard, that's why I chose this school. However, after taking the Online and Cram course, I realize they were only after my money. Neither course prepared me for the final exam, which had questions that barely appeared in the material and were not reflective of the practice exams used to prepare me. All we did for 2 days at the cram course was take practice exams and review them. They did not use their own outline nor provide key info like formulas. I would recommend you go elsewhere for your training. read more

Just got my license today at 20 years old ! Cassandra and April and Tammy and really everyone here are awesome. Tammy was my moms course instructor 6 years ago and mine this year and she has been amazing to both of us. Getting your license is not easy at all it's quite the opposite, that being said, Ga MLS gave me everything needed to be able to accomplish this the rest was up to me. The information you learn in the online class will not prepare you for the class exam in any way shape or form. I had to pay for another program through Barney fletcher to teach me how to take the exam. I failed the classroom exam here four times. I refuse to take it again here it's just a set up please go to another school like Barney fletcher the course will help you to pass the first go round. They are nice people at Georgia mls but the information on the final exam will not be taught to you by taking their course. The first time I took it I couldn't believe the questions and how they had nothing to do with what was taught to me. The third time I took it I finally realized that with the lack of knowledge I learned through Georgia mls there would be no way to pass it. Skip this school go somewhere else save yourself the heartbreak. read more

The classrooms could use upgrading but the staff is very friendly & accommodating. I have only finished one of the courses but I feel it was taught in a way that I fully understand the concepts (the ones which were taught when I wasn't extremely sleepy from the AC which was blowing even though I took the course in the winter). Hugh Rowland used great examples which brought the material to life & is very knowledgeable about all things real estate. I will update once I complete the 2nd course & after taking the state exam. Update : Completely forgot to update when I wrote I would but...I passed the state exam on my first try. I would definitely use MLS for future courses. read more
