My review is MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and this is based on time i have actually spent here…read more I went to Jam's for 2 weeks the first week I spent here was TERRIBLE, 1 the teachers were rude and ghetto. i am so inexperienced in this area (gymnastics/tumbling) so they weren't very patient, kind, or even taught me how to do anything instead they made me stand by a wall. 2 asked to use the bathroom and they were rude and made me wait until i almost peed myself. 3 the kids that go there are so rude and they pick on you so much.. i don't do gymnastics 4 the lunch is always cold and usually tastes extremely bad i hated coming here everyday and it wasn't fun at all and i'm so happy my mom unenrolled me. don't send you kids here if they don't do gymnastics or are over 7-10. they will have the same experience as me.

The type of children who attend are unruly and not well behaved. They pick on other children, hit them, and threaten to spit on food. They also retaliate when told on and are a bad influence to well behaved children. Fortunately, my child kept me informed of all the things that went on while she was there so I was able to redirect her to appropriate behavior. 2. The coaches who work with the children and watch them, encourage foul behavior. My daughter told one of the coaches that another child hit her and the coach told her to hit them back. That's an immature adult who should not be watching children. They also play music around the kids that they should not be listening to and teach them things like twerking. 3. You can't ask the front desk anything. They don't know the answers and are therefore, not at all helpful. 4. Try calling and/ or emailing anyone. Good luck if you get through. 5. The lunch they serve is always cold or it's pizza. My child requested lunch from home, which I provided for her everyday. That is why other kids were picking on her...they wanted her lunch and were mad because she didn't give it to them. 6. The owner appears to try his best to remedy issues, but it's not enough because I see the behaviors continue. I do like that they take the children on field trips almost every week. Parent do have the pay for them, which is fine. However, one field trip was canceled twice because of weather. I requested to get a credit on my account for the cost of that field trip since my daughter was unable to attend and my request was denied. Instead, I was promised that the ticket for that field trip could still be used until the end of the year. Before sending your child here, I recommend searching for a much better option. It's not the best place and my child will not be returning.

Our daughter would come home crying most days and also started asking for "time out" while at home whenever we tried to redirect her from a behavior. For the amount of money you are paying to send your child here, we expected a kind, respectful environment but that is not what we experienced. Every report sent home had nothing but positives to say about our daughter. At pick up, we would often discuss the naps because she has mostly dropped her nap. Sometimes she would sleep and other times she wouldn't so we knew to put her to bed earlier that night. I followed their schedule on weekends and put her in her room for "nap time" at the same time as daycare but it was really her just playing quietly in her room, reading books in bed or singing. It was suggested that we find a food that would make her sleepy (guess what, there isn't one). Once we received a note saying that our daughter had a "hard time listening" when I asked for clarification I was berated by Harry, with pantomiming of how my kid had a tantrum the day before. I asked to take her home so that she would not cause a problem that day. Harry brought out my daughter along with everything in her cubby, I clarified I was not unenrolling her, just taking her for the day. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Later that week we had a parent teacher conference and we come to find out that our daughter was not napping (we were not surprised by this) but that she was disrupting the other kids in the room, crying loudly and waking the others up by running around the room. We were never informed about the other behaviors but were somehow expected to fix it. We asked for accommodations , can she go to another room, read books, color at a table and they were completely inflexible stating that is when their teachers need to take their breaks, clean and fill out the progress reports. We decided to look for a different daycare in the area and found a more suitable, caring group of folks that genuinely enjoy having our daughter. In the last 4 weeks we have not had any report of bad behaviors and we ask daily if there is anything going on. Our new daycare has flexibility around nap times and seems to be better equipped to accommodate a wide range of children and their individual behaviors

We had a great experience at Mountain Park Academy. The class sizes are small and the children get…read morelots of attention from their teachers. Temperatures are checked daily and the kids are never running around with runny noses. Due to this I can count the number of days I had to stay home with a sick kid on one hand. Mr. Patel and staff are awesome! Another note they have a kitchen and cook meals fresh daily and no pork is served!

When we arrived at the location of the rental the actual owners were there and informed us they had previously worked with Kalah as their "agent" but had fired her. We are now scammed out of $2k and will be filing criminal charges against Kalah and "Just Kids.." (the payment was sent to "Just Kids at Lah Lah Land, LLC"). This woman and company are a fraud. Stay FAR AWAY from this low life scammer.

I have had my fair share of horrible daycare experiences one which included an in home supposed…read moreChristian daycare in which the daycare's husband made all the parents feel so uncomfortable we all simultaneously pulled our children out when he decided to quit his job and help her with the kids. Also the chain daycare's where the children are being taught by young people who have no patience and allow the kids to run through the facilities. The daycare in which my child was able to get lost for an hour and a half due to it being as large as a Childtime type facility where there are too many kids and any child can come up missing. I was livid. Also, they were negligent in knowing if my child was sick so with my child having a history a febrile seizures my child would literally fall out from a fever and hit the ground in those hard floor classes and that was my last straw. My co-worker then told me about Mrs. Dennis's daycare and advised that his twins were being well taken care of and so I met Mrs. Dennis and I haven't ever regretted a day, after almost 6 years of knowing her. She was amazing she knew my child was not feeling well and she never would allow sick kids be in the facility till the fever's were not in their systems. Needless to say, my child never caught a cold or had a seizure at her facility due to her constant cleanliness of the school and as well as her making sure people don't just drop their sick kids off and make the whole school sick. It's amazing how people have issues with her school but the ones that have known her for years and have kids out of school don't get on here to say negative things. People really need to get their facts straight and stop putting negative and false information out on her school. The truth is she is always professional, she is compassionate and one of the most selfless daycare owner's I have ever met. She loves all of the kids in her school and she would give you the shirt off her back if necessary. She is a very humble and giving person and I love her and her family. She has done well by me and many other parents I know. So when I see negative reviews it makes me absolutely disgusted and livid because people are trashy and just let any old trash come out their mouths when they are jealous or envious or even just in a negative space themselves. So I must put this out there if you are thinking about bringing your child to her daycare meet her for yourself and speak with her yourself before you listen to any old falsified information and make your own informed decision after meeting her. Just like anyone who is doing well you always are going to have people who are side bar hating on another's progress or positions other people hold. My child is doing great in school thanks to what she was taught at this daycare and she continues to excel. Still till this day I bring her by if my child needs help and my child is already in 4th grade. I stand by my daycare because she raised my child and my nieces and nephews and is still helping to raise some of the brightest kids in the community because she is passionate about these kids, their learning,their well being and safety. At her facility your child is not another number they have a name in which she knows all her kids, knows all their personalities and is not going to let anything happen to your child on her watch. Now I dare some positive information to get repeated, now run-tell that. DR
