My son's teacher Ms Bri and Ms Asya are the best and he enjoys his class tremendously, even asks to go to school on weekends. Kids are kids, and ish happens, but I would bet a week's worth of tuition that these teachers are not watching kids get bullied or hitting these kids. The staff at this school right now is great, and out of all the schools in the area, I would've preferred this over any of them.

This is a very long, honest and detailed review…read more My kids went to this daycare from June 2016 thru July 2018. I loved this daycare initially and recommended it to everyone. Around July 2017 the daycare came under new ownership and from that point on I had nothing but issues. The new owners care nothing for your child's well being and only care about money. There were always pay issues. There was rarely a time when my billing was correct and I would have to tell the staff multiple times to correct the issue. I was constantly overcharged. They overcharged me once by $2.50 and had the nerve to charge me a late fee on top of it when I didn't pay the incorrect balance. They fired their cook (I guess to save money) and started feeding the kids junk food. I walked in one morning and they were feeding the kids pop tarts and applesauce for breakfast. That is not breakfast. That is sugar. When I asked about it I was told the cook was on "vacation" (a vacation she never returned from) and that pop tarts were in fact a menu item. I'm not paying y'all over 2 grand a month for pop tarts. The turnover rate w teachers was very high and many of the teachers had no business being in childcare. They were only there for a check. I saw issues on the cameras that I brought up to the owner and he basically brushed me off and refused to show me the cameras. All of the original teachers from when my children started were fired and the new teachers were trash. No one lasted more than a few months because the teachers didn't like the owners. My daughter's class had 3 teachers but somehow everyday when I arrived at the daycare her face was dirty and her diaper needed to be changed. After the children woke up from nap time, the teachers wouldn't change them anymore for the day. They would just turn the iPads to YouTube videos and sit the children in front of it until the parents came to pick them up. They care nothing about your child's health. My son was bit 43 times by fire ants at the daycare and the daycare showed no remorse or care and didn't bother w getting the yard treated. I told them my son was severely allergic to fire ants and gave them his epipen and the owner told me he needed to "double check" if fire ant allergies were real . My son ended up having another episode where he was bit due to them not treating their yard but no one from the daycare informed me that my son was bit by fire ants that he's know to be ALLERGIC TO. When I brought it up to the owner she stared at me. They never even wrote an incident report. My child was bitten by another child multiple times and they never sent an incident report about that either. My son even told the owner himself that the child bit him. And the owner ignored him not realizing I was watching. When I asked him about it he said he was unsure of what my son was saying. I told him my son was holding his arm and saying "he bit me". It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. Every issue I had w the daycare I brought up w he front desk and the owners personally and I never felt that my concerns were taken seriously. I started looking for a new daycare for my children a few months before actually removing them but was unable to thoroughly vet centers after this horrific experience due to my school and work schedule but I am thankful now to have found a center that I can trust and feel more comfortable leaving my children. I initially loved this daycare and had hopes that things would turn around but unfortunately they never did. The positives to this daycare were it's location, size, the fact that it is a lot newer than other centers and the camera access. However, until there are owners and staff in place that care about your children and can be trusted this place should be avoided at all costs.

Watching her bring a whole group of energetic little personalities together into a calm, cohesive, happy classroom is honestly impressive. Her classroom feels like a place where children are not only learning, but where they feel safe, valued, respected, and encouraged. She creates an environment that is educational without ever losing the warmth and joy that children this age need. Every child seems to have a place in her classroom, and every child seems to thrive under her care. What stands out most to us is how genuinely kind she is. Children know when an adult truly cares about them, and our son absolutely adores her. Even though she is no longer his regular classroom teacher, he still runs to hug Miss Babita every time he sees her. That tells us more than almost anything else could. As parents, there is an enormous amount of trust involved in leaving your child with someone every day. With Miss Babita, we always felt that our son was in the hands of someone who cared about him, understood him, taught him, guided him, and wanted him to succeed. She is patient when patience is required, firm when structure is needed, encouraging when a child needs confidence, and loving throughout all of it. She has that rare ability to command a classroom without ever losing her gentleness. Miss Babita is an exceptional educator and an exceptional human being. We waited a few weeks after withdrawing him before sharing our experience because we wanted to be sure he was adjusting well in a different environment and he truly is. Pros: Good curriculum and a clean, secure facility. Cons: From the very first day, his teacher (Angela) repeatedly told us that he "doesn't listen," and that first impression never seemed to change. Instead of partnering with us, we felt that our son was being singled out with a continued negative focus. We tried to discipline him more at home based on this feedback, and in hindsight, we regret how this affected him. Communication was almost nonexistent. We asked for weekly updates and only received one. The school app, where teachers are expected to communicate, had very limited personalized information. Interactions with his teacher often felt unfriendly. When we greeted her in the mornings, she provided cold response, which made us feel unwelcome rather than supported. Management was unaware of these ongoing issues until we brought them up. While they expressed willingness to help, but we felt that their suggestions were not convincing. We completely understand that teachers can be firm, that is perfectly fine. But fairness and collaboration matter. When a child is viewed through a negative lens from day one, that can impact not only their confidence but also the parent-school relationship. We ultimately removed him because we did not want him in an environment that felt discouraging. He is now attending a new Pre-K program and has adjusted wonderfully. In several weeks, we have not received a single complaint from his new teachers. This reassured us that his struggles at Goddard were not due to who he is as a child, but the environment he was placed in. Most reviews for this school are very positive, and that is exactly why we feel obligated to share our honest experience. If we had known, we would not have enrolled our son here. Within 5 days of my 1 year old daughter attending this school she had 2 injuries happen. When her teeth were broken on the property I was not informed by the school and learned of her injury on my own after picking her up. At some point my daughter was not being fully monitored despite the school telling me the teacher was watching her and that she never showed any signs of distress. A one year old would have a reaction to having her two front teeth broken so to hear otherwise from the people I trusted to care for her is disheartening. After trying to communicate with the school they are refusing to take any accountability for their actions and even lied upon further investigation to avoid any repercussions. I don't think my child was hurt purposefully but there was clearly negligence that needs to be addressed if they will be caring for children of all ages.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience…read more We enrolled our child in this school based on very specific promises: a low student-to-teacher ratio (two teachers for every ten students), qualified early childhood educators, consistent staffing, freshly prepared meals and snacks, and support with developmental milestones such as potty training. Unfortunately, none of these promises have been fulfilled. Staffing has been a constant issue. The promised ratio is routinely ignored, and there is rarely any consistency in caregivers. Teachers rotate constantly, and on several occasions the individuals filling in were not teachers at all, but maintenance or housekeeping staff. When asked directly, several attendants confirmed they do not have early childhood development credentials. This level of turnover and lack of qualification is deeply concerning. While I have met some team members who are caring and well-intentioned, positive attitudes cannot compensate for systemic issues and unmet commitments. At the cost charged, parents deserve reliability and transparency, and sadly this school has not delivered that. For this reason, I no longer feel comfortable entrusting my child's care here. Despite several months of attendance, there has been no observable progress in learning or potty training. There is no structure, curriculum, or evidence of intentional teaching. The food offering was another major misrepresentation. We were told meals and snacks would be freshly prepared; instead, children are regularly served prepackaged food. Cleanliness and supervision are the most alarming aspects. The facility often smells strongly of feces. On multiple occasions, we entered classrooms to find babies crying and clearly in need of diaper changes, with no staff attending to them. In one particularly disturbing instance, a soiled diaper appeared to have been left over an entire weekend, resulting in an overpowering odor. During the second week of January, I formally communicated my deep disappointment and my intention to remove my son from the school effective in February. I was informed that a 30-day notice was required. Even so, the concerns that led to this decision were never addressed or corrected. When enrolling my son in a new school and explaining our negative experience and clear expectations for quality and care, the very first question we were asked was: "Is it Crème de la Crème?" That alone speaks volumes. Crème de la Crème's reputation precedes them, and it is clear that we are not the only parents who have reached this conclusion. Other parents have already made the decision to remove their children from the school. This school is expensive, and parents are sold a vision of high-quality care, professionalism, and nurturing attention. What we experienced was the opposite: chronic understaffing, unqualified caregivers, serious hygiene deficiencies, and completely unmet developmental needs. I truly wanted this school to work. Instead, it has become an extremely costly disappointment, and I strongly urge other parents to thoroughly research and ask very specific questions before enrolling their children.
