Loud, annoying cars, loud annoying music, obnoxious people who can't pick up a cigarette butt and even just throw trash on the sidewalk. Subsidized housing across the street, so poor East Windsor police always trying to keep the peace. I'm not generalizing. We have some lovely neighbors of all nationalities, and they are disgusted by the changes. Don't move here unless it's your last option.

The carpet in the staircase up to your apartment is filthy , but they don't clean it. The walls are scratched, have holes and are dirty. They need to be painted, but are not. They have waste management come a couple times a week to empty the dumpsters but they come at 7 am , and the landscapers come at 8 am. They are very loud. People are still sleeping; you would think they could set this up for later in the day. For a luxury apartment it should be better constructed so you don't hear the neighbors. Half the time it sounds like my neighbors are coming through the ceiling. There is no sense of community here. It's just renting a space. Since November and still don't know anyone. No outside community space, no grills, no pools, etc.

It made me feel so embarrassed. i recently called Michael about a mailbox discrepancy, 15 seconds into the conversation he started "Yeah, I misunderstood but it's not my problem" . The fees far exceeded reasonable rates in the market and Lou forced us to pay CASH in advance of releasing any of our merchandise. I had no choice but to pay what I estimate to be $15,000 more than we should have paid to any other moving company we work with.
