As it turned out the glass wasn't even broken. The regulator was however. The technician made some recommendations and secured the window for me until I can get to my mechanic to have a new regulator installed. The technician was very helpful and professional. Richard the owner was also very professional and helpful. Windshield Rehab is now my go to place for anything having to do with auto glass repair. They are also very very reasonable. In less than 20 minutes they had called our insurance and secured a mobile tech to come out to fix our windshield. They were so helpful and the tech that came out for us came in on his day off to help us out. If we are in the area and needed a windshield replaced I would use their services again.
