I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. This company does a large volume of work and they are shorthanded; go elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I tested it before leaving the store and it worked fine. Of course, when I went to use it at home, it didn't start. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

I had several questions I wanted to ask the owner and she told me she can't help me. The place is in a horrible location. You cant even get there when you search on google maps because the section of Bethlehem Pike is a one-way street.

We had 2 areas that needed to be regraded - around our shed where we had a low spot and 3-6 inches of water would pool in heavy rain, and around our bilco doors which would pool and leak in heavy rain. The work was done in a day + 1 hour the next, after which we got some heavy rain to test it out. No water pooled and inside the bilco doors was bone dry. On top of quality work, Jason and the team were very personable and professional. On time, worked very hard, finished faster than expected, and cost was exactly as quoted.
