With 2 weeks of frigid weather, my underground pipes froze from the basement foundation wall to the street. Paul and Andrew worked tirelessly to warm the pipes- even getting the water company to open the access from the property line. They are my new plumbing contractor! KZ

I called Kniese's immediately at about 1:45 p.m. A team of two was at my door by 2:30 p.m. They were loading the old hot water heater into their van to leave at exactly 3:30 p.m. The two guys were polite, efficient and respectful of my home, my family, my dog and this COVID world we live in. All of which was appreciated. They worked quickly and quietly (like everyone else, I work from home on numerous video calls all day long). The clean up was excellent and they were in and out in a flash. In an emergency - these guys! Thank you Kniese's Plumbing!

The person answering the phone was very understanding and we arranged an after hours emergency call for that same day. The plumber (Carter) arrived , evaluated the situation, and made the repair quickly, efficiently and cleanly. In fact, the repair was much less expensive than expected. Thanksgiving saved! We have used Kniese's in the past and have never had any issues with their work. I highly recommend this local family-owned business for all your plumbing needs.

That's all well and good, it probably happens all the time, but they left the job without telling us it happened! So for over a week my tub would not hold water as there was no drain stoppage happening. Had to call them again. They came back, admitted it was their fault but still made us pay to replace it a couple days later. To this day it still won't stop draining. Even after they supposedly fixed it and made us pay. I have to use a rubber stopper disc. Didn't want to call them again and pay even more money. So I guess I just have a broken bathtub drain until I call a different company. The drain worked 100% fine before they did their original work. Had things been handled differently I would feel that the issue was resolved fairly. However, I believe that they should've paid the small replacement fee themselves considering it was their fault and they inconvenienced me by not reporting the broken drain during the original job. I also feel they could've done a better job of fixing it because it's still not the way it was before they originally broke it. I cannot recommend them based on these issues.
