The owner, George, was constantly in motion, in the kitchen, at the counter, wiping down tables and engaging guests. He is a very effective manager and keeps thing running smoothly. On top of all that, he brings each child a small ball of dough and teaches them how to twirl it aka "throwing a pie". What a class act! While the table's orders are cooking, they bring the kids small rolling pins to roll out their dough. This is a great family dining restaurant, yet as a single diner I didn't feel like I was in a daycare center.
