The bar side took me back 50 years when I used to go there when it was Louies Tavern for lunch with my Dad and the crew. Then on the menus they have the story of how the owner came from the city and married a dairy farmer and learned how hard it is to be in the dairy farming business. I also milked cows when I was first married too. Milking was twice a day 7 days a week and twice on SUNDAY! Other dairy men will get this play on words. But for the others....most people work 5 maybe 6 days a week BUT Dairy guys work 7 days a week EVERY Sunday TWICE a day. Anyways enough of my reminiscing. Even with every table filled, our food arrived in a timely manner and was absolutely perfect! I always hesitate to order steak from a restaurant because I know I can be very particular, but the ribeye was cooked perfectly... so tender and full of flavor!
