Dr. Hunt has been there for me thru 3 of my 4 back fusions. Several other surgeries and way to many other health issues. He has supported me through everything. If I needed a specialist he made sure I got a great one. His staff is beyond wonderful. They too are extremely supportive,kind and helpful. Dr. Hunt has always made time to see me even though his practice is exceptionally busy. Dr. Hunt has one of the best "doctor personalities " of any I've ever met and unfortunately I've met far too many! It's amazing how intelligent Dr. Hunt is about conditions most Family Practice doctor's wouldn't even know anything about. He seems to know something about any condition, disease etc that just happens into his office! It's just uncanny! I always leave there understanding what's happening, unlike many other doctor's appointments where I tend to leave with a whole page of things I need to "google". I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. James Hunt. He is the most compassionate and the wisest doctor I've come across. Yes, he still must send me on to a specialist here and there, but I always know that he is still there with his wonderful staff for when I need him the next time. Thank you.

Unfortunately my Medicare advantage plan covers only "fast food" dental clinics. This one was better than the worst of them. Jury is still out on this go around.

I thought this was going to be a great place to take my mom for geriatric care. We went here for…read morealmost a year. The NP was very nice and seemed caring. I wrote her a letter asking for help with a prescription but she never called me about it. I went into the office to ask for help with it a month later and was assured she would call me. She never did. There is absolutely no follow thru when requests are made. I tried to find out the results of a urine test and no one would get back with me. They referred her for several tests but didn't use the right diagnostic codes so her insurance would not cover them so they didn't happen. Any time you call you go thru a call center which is frustrating. Messages either aren't sent to the provider or the provider does not follow thru and return calls. I received a call from the manager about this and he said to call him if there is a problem. I tried that but he was already gone for the day at 5:15. I'm taking her back to her previous PCP who isn't a geriatric specialist, but at least he returns calls and has an educated staff so multiple phone calls are not made. I would not take my family member to this place again.

I have a newborn baby with high billyrubin levels which requires weekly labs to be done, on three separate occasions they have failed to fax over the paper so we were denied testing at the hospital once and had to wait over half an hour on the other two occasions. Then today we went to kcms on oakland drive for our baby's two month appointment at 9 am and they said we canceled, he is the most important person our my life we would never cancel our appointment. So at 9am this morning once again my son was denied services because of kcms I feel that they could at least have fit us in very disappointed

I have actually had 3 different primary doctors here due to staffing changes, but had Dr. Rogers for the past year or so. She's great- very personable, easy to talk to, trustworthy. My prior doctors were good as well, as are any other people (PAs, etc) that I saw. I could always get in for an appointment when I needed to and always got things like follow-up calls and prescription refills taken care of timely. It can be hard to find a good doctor, especially just randomly selecting one close to home from the insurance list... but this luckily worked out. I recommend seeing Dr. Rogers.
