I've even been able to email my doctor about a med that he thought I had a refill on that I must have let expire, and he sent the new script in to pharmacy based on all the information I gave him from the pharmacy! I have been very happy with the new facility!

If you go there for physical, make sure that you don't ask any questions. Not sure what is physical…read moremeant for anymore but seems like juts go in, say hello, get sent to do blood work and thats it, 15 min later your are out of there. and $400 later. Becasue every word that comes out of your moth is subject to billing for a "seperate" appointment that's not part of physical (with out letting you know). you might even get a suggestion to go read a few books on your own to answer some of the questions. Even asking for a regular refill will be billed as "not part of Physical". And you may get a surprise bill in the mail of a few hundred $. Juts a heads up. Maybe it is just this specific doctor who did not really care to build a relationship/ learn about a new patient because she is retiring so what does it even matter to her. An yes i have talked to multiple people in Bronson about this issue ( before adding this review) and even thought insurance told me that it was wrong for them to Code like that, they refuse to change the code and said that it is what it is. Better to go support smaller local DR offices that actually care about their patients.

I was nervous coming in for my first exam and then subsequent minor procedures, but everyone made me feel comfortable. I was impressed that I never felt pressured regarding my life choices, which often can happen around other women and/or in conservative areas. I was particularly impressed on two separate occasions there-- once, I had a minor procedure which made me very nervous and I ended up having a bad reaction and sort of fainted. The staff was extremely kind and concerned, giving me water and juice, making an embarrassing situation much better. Another time that I happened to be there for an appointment, there was a car accident directly in front of the office, which happened to involve a pregnant patient. I watched it happen and then watched the staff jump into action, calling for help, assisting the drivers and the child, making sure everything was okay. All during this time, they continued to serve myself and the other patients as well. If I didn't move too far away, I'd absolutely continue seeing this provider.

The speculum was *agony* and I'm shaking in pain, even with Advil and a high pain tolerance. She then pauses and says she used the standard size "so she could see better." She moves on to collect the sample, saying it's just "discomfort." I felt so violated I went back to my car and cried. She lied to make a simple procedure easier on herself, causing her patient pain that didn't need to be there.

In fact, I was able to get a doctor visit and specific test within DAYS here. That was great news because the specialist & test my Bronson system GP referred me to could not see me for months. Women at check-in office area are especially nice, helpful. One was able to speed the plow for me when she had this idea: "You can self-refer to our MD who can then do the test." Thank you Jesus! Now, within a week their MFB physiatrist* has seen and diagnosed me, and I got evaluated by a physical therapist, doing therapy, and I'm well on the way to having less pain. Plenty of handicap parking spaces -- four, I believe. TV set in waiting room doesn't play mindless, loud chatter and zammo blammo. Instead, it plays relaxing music and calm scenes of puppies, the beach, mountains, etc. LOVE that. Instead of trying to get me to watch what they want me to watch, they think of ME -- how I probably want to relax if I'm in a healthcare facility waiting room. THANK YOU. Waits are not long. So far so good. * A physiatrist (pronounced fizz-EYE-uh-trist) is an MD or DO who concentrates on diagnosis and non-surgical treatment/therapy of musculoskeletal and nerve disorders, physical handicaps and injuries. I have trouble saying "physiatrist" so I just call them "fizzy doctors".
