I'm not sure of the situation now, but I'm glad I have a doctor - and his very responsive staff. The office staff are very kind. Dr. Zhang's nurse, Connie, is incredible. She is caring, persistent in trying to reach me, and always available. Dr. Zhang is also kind, and thoughtful, and easy to schedule an appointment with. I do wish there was not a tv in the waiting room - I am not interested in that noise. Other than that, easy access, attentive detail to MyChart, and kind, thoughtful staff.

We have generally been pretty satisfied with the services at this office. Both Drs. Carter and Crooks have done a great job taking care of us and referring us to specialists, if needed.

Dr. Fleuren is the worst doctor that I have ever been to see. She has terrible communication…read moreskills, she is cold, abrupt and dismissive. She doesn't take the patients feeling, experiences in to consideration. She referred me to a different doctor for a consult and didn't bother to communicate what the consult was for, she never followed up with the other doctor after I communicated my concerns to Dr. Fleuren asked her about it she refused to take responsibility or explain why she didn't follow up. Part of the reason for the consult was to evaluate a medication and when it came time stop taking the medication she neglected to provide me with an action plan to reduce the dosage in order to safely ween me off the medication...I received correspondence from her that she would not assist with this and when I explained my concern to her she never bothered to respond. She is an irresponsible doctor and don't dare question her...she has a huge ego and does not have the skills to relate to human beings. I can't recall ever having such an unpleasant experience with a doctor. This is very disappointing as I have been a patient at Bronson Internal Medicine for more than 10 years and was assigned Dr. Fleuren when my former doctor moved out of town. She distroyed my trust with this office.

At first, I was nervous, but when I went for my first visit (during Covid) I was relieved at how clean, courteous and professional everyone was. Follow up appointments and calls have all been easy as well. I've even been able to email my doctor about a med that he thought I had a refill on that I must have let expire, and he sent the new script in to pharmacy based on all the information I gave him from the pharmacy! I have been very happy with the new facility!
