Steve's speed is truly remarkable...he turned around quotes and addressed our questions incredibly fast. What really stood out was his honesty and deep knowledge of the Folsom area. Highly recommend Steve and Carlson Agency.

We had such an amazing experience at the AAA Folsom office today!…read more We first worked with Anna, who helped us transfer ownership of a vehicle, update our AAA card, and even get set up with a new credit card that offers some fantastic benefits, including 5% cash back on many purchases. She made the entire process incredibly easy and was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and genuinely kind. We then worked with Jessica to add my teenager to our auto insurance policy. As the parent of a new teen driver, I was holding my breath and preparing myself for the worst when it came to the premium! I was very pleasantly surprised that the increase was quite reasonable. Jessica took the time to walk us through everything and made what I expected to be a stressful process completely painless. Both Anna and Jessica were professional, warm, patient, and wonderful to work with. I am so grateful to have them at our local Folsom office. Experiences like this are exactly why I don't know why anyone would voluntarily spend an afternoon at the DMV when AAA can handle so many of these things! I've had AAA for my home, auto, and life insurance for approximately eight years and have consistently been very happy with both the service and coverage. Today's experience was another reminder of why I've stayed with AAA for so long. Thank you, Anna and Jessica, for taking such great care of us today. You were both exceptional!

After 26 years with Folsom Insurance Center as our insurance broker, I am extremely disappointed in…read morethe complete lack of communication and service. Our homeowners insurance policy with Mercury lapsed, and we were never notified--neither by our broker nor by the insurance company. We only discovered the issue a full year later when our mortgage company contacted us. Being left uninsured without any notice is unacceptable and could have had serious financial consequences. After decades of loyalty, I expected at the very least basic communication and oversight. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded our trust. I would strongly advise others to closely monitor their own policies if working with this broker, as we received no support or notification when it mattered most.

Haley was very nice and for this call, good customer service. The biggest problem at this business appears being able to get to talk to a live agent.
