Michelle woods was fantastic, then I had to deal with done of the most disgusting, crooked, scamming people. And if you go looking for insurance elsewhere be careful because they operate under multiple names and it's the same crooked people with no brokers license and ridiculous broker fees. They will tell you no one will insure you except them and say they got you the best deal when they didn't to pad their pockets. They will sign you up for an auto club membership even after you decline it and if you don't notice soon enough it's locked in on you policy. read more

Scammers.. all the way 081111 My daughter got a quote from these folks for car insurance. It went from $30 a month to $540 for a six month purchase. My daughter specifically asked him how much the broker fee. I think he changed the subject and he never answered. I asked him about how much her insurance was a month He said about fifty.. She has one point on her record. So after discussion of how she could aford this, we decided to pay the whole six months. He charged my credit card. Then he disclosed the broker fee. I was watching the baby.. needless to say.. she finished paperwork and was on our way. She went back stating she did not want to go throught with this. She signed the cancel paperwork and still would not tell her how much was refunded! This is obviously a place just trying to Get one over on people. Had he shown her the broker fee, or told ther the broker fee when asked, we would not have signed the contract. Customer Service advised my daughter she would get back all but twenty dollars. 09041 Still no credit to my account. They claimed to sent my daughter a check. Really? No check .. Still Waiting read more

Andrew Page is who makes your Folsom Cost -U-Less insurance agency the most professional business I have had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time. He is so knowledgeable and very efficient but more than that he has a friendliness and affability that cannot be taught. I was embarrassed with my situation when I came into his office and he put me at ease immediately and was warm, cordial and so courteous that I want to let anyone know that reads this, it is worth the drive to go to this specific office for all your insurance needs. I can easily see that his kindness even extends to everyone that works for him in his office. This is also rare. Yes, Andrew is a very, very rare person. And you, at Cost U Less, should be very proud to have him representing your firm. I have just renewed my auto policy for another year, and Andrew saved me quite a bit of money for this new year. Also, he gave me some very good advice relating to my specific situation. Whenever in the past I have called AAA, I have had to press at least 10 numbers in order to get a live person. But with Andrew, he answers the phone! Throughout the last year, his office has called me 3 or 4 times just to see how I was doing and if I had any questions! They talked to me for just a couple of minutes but, it is enough to shock me with this extra customer service. I actually look forward to calling my insurance company now! How unusual is that? Been with Cost U Less for 5 years and that was absolutely way too long to be with them. They would constantly call me and say my insurance was cancelled, it wasn't. I asked them if I paid on the 20th of the month, for my new insurance company, would that be when my payment date is? They said yes but that was a lie because it began on the 8th... so after I spent quite a bit of money to begin my insurance, you have to pay them again! I felt that the insurance brokers did not know their job by not disclosing the correct payment date and that screwed me. I have had to change multiple insurance companies through them because their pricing would fluctuate or they would take money from my bank to renew when I was never given notice about it. And throughout the five years I've been with them, I've paid more than I would have with progressive... happy to be done with them! read more

Travis was very helpful. I compared costs and companies. It was still worth it to go with them and pay the Broker Fee vs another company. I just had to learn that I deal with the broker not the company for policy changes. read more

I have had Geico insurance for almost 10 years. Due to tickets I decided to change my insurance. I have been shopping around for a few months and called cost you less to get a quote. I went in for an appointment Saturday afternoon. The broker was Travis Mcevoy. He helped me with my quote and was able to beat all other competitors. He was very informative with my options and explained everything well. Cost you less has great customer service. I am now going to be saving $100 dollars a month. I have NEVER had good luck with car insurance, however, I just recently visited Cost-U-Less Insurance in Folsom and I have never felt so justified. Daniel Izzarelli helped me a few different days in a row and he went completely out of his way to work around my schedule because between two jobs and school I barely have free time, in which he totally respected! He made me feel so reassured that I was getting exactly what I was looking for, and mind you I was very picky considering the awful experiences I was having with my current insurance provider. Daniel searched until I was satisfied and helped me find a well trusted company to insure me with amazing customer service and coverage levels. Daniel took his time to learn my situation and concern and he understood that I was in a vulnerable state but made me feel like I could put complete trust in him! All of the coworkers that worked there seemed so friendly and were happy and laughing and making my time at Cost-U-Less extremely enjoyable :) I will definitely be returning there for ANY situation I need help with!!!!!! Than you!!!! read more
