Visited for the first time, new location, and there's a lot of parking... same building as Crazy Shirts. There are pots, plants, rocks, and more... staff is attentive and very helpful in seeing if they have for what you're looking for or just browsing

We were greeted and helped by more than 3 friendly associates. The associates educated me so I could make my choices and helped load everything in our truck. The store has a great rewards program. I hope to be back for more projects in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

This store was too cute! When you drive in it's around the back of the bldg. there are plenty of garden decor and some plants outside as well. Inside there are pots, planters and stones of many sizes and colors. So much to choose from! Prices are reasonable and parking available in back. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've been back a few times.

Great spot to gather supplies and knowledgeable help for your home planting, gardening or landscaping needs. I've also frequented the Waimanalo location and purchased water lilies and pots from them as well. The town location is behind Re-use Hawaii and has plenty of parking and staff on hand to help with anything you need. Everyone I've ever spoken to at Geobunga has been very helpful. I recently enjoyed the teaching about several of our native species of plants during a rock painting class with my daughter on a Saturday morning.

    Great stone bench $785

What a great place for pavers, rocks, stone benches ( that will last forever or at least a thousand years). And good prices. An amazing marble bench at $785. Even in Arizona the capital of stone that's a good value. I highly recommend a visit for your gardening needs. The staff is professional and courteous. They have a few plants but mostly permanent type specialty pots of all sizes. Hey perfect for the Korean wife!!!! Haha. Just kidding but they are in all sizes. They recommend the store on their other store in Waimanalo for more plants. Great selection of pavers as well for all your landscaping needs. Also conveniently located next to the re-cycle store!!!

I stumbled upon this place going to Re-Use Hawaii...I'm now obsessed with their inventory of pots, river rocks, water features, plants, succulents, etc. I've been going at least once a month. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, loads your car and even makes sure the pottery has padding in between in case its too close in vehicle. I started purchasing a few pots, then Orbs and now I'm looking for more pots to decorate around our home (inside and out) and working on a river rock landscape. I love the assortment and color selections, not to mention they bring in pottery from companies that are 100 years in business and they are reasonable. They also provide pottery from China that is super reasonable if you don't want to spurge on pottery, this is your go to place. We recently redid a section of our back wall and used their river rocks to create a focal point and keep the weeds from growing, see pictures. Keep connected on Instagram They post when they have sales Location is "ideal" lots of parking if there is no event, not to mention again but the staff is friendly and helpful, you can tell they "love" their jobs, no shortage of workers at this business.

Just go! If you need any outdoor garden items then definitely go, but either way it's like a beautiful walk in the garden!

This is where you can get clay potteries for your garden or house. They have lots of big, colorful clay potteries, rocks, and garden tiles. Geobunga is located behind (Ewa side) John A. Burns medical school in Ka'ako. You have to pass Re-use Hawaii. They have free parking right in front of the warehouse. I was looking for water plants today. Their plant selection is very limited.

Great selection of pots and yard decor. The prices are way lower than you pay at Lowe's and Home Depot.

I saw Judy C.'s photos, review, and check-in for Happy Koi Nursery and decided to visit this small, local business on the second level of the "Uptown" part of the mall, next to the escalator. Krysten I.'s review mentioned that the prices were reasonable and that the plants are labeled with names, prices, and how to care for the plant. She was right! There was a very helpful, friendly worker who gave me a box, lined with plastic (to prevent leaking) for my purchases. She guided me through the decision-making process and explained that this location in the mall is good for these houseplants because the natural light comes in from the ceiling. I ended up buying three different plants with yellow, purple, and pink flowers. The nice woman suggested that I look for planters at Ross... because the prices might be lower than other places... and she pointed the way... Thanks for the tips and great advice!

I heard about it from a coworker so I knew I had to go. Located in uptown Pearl ridge on the second floor is this cute little store. Walking around they have signs about the different types of plants and care tips. I saw the sign that said you can't kill this plant and knew I had to pick a money tree up. They have a wide variety from prices and styles. If you want one in a basic pot it's very affordable. I think the best part for me was being able to see sunshine the store cocktail. Can't wait to come back and get more plants when I learn how to take care of my little chestnut tree.

It was started in 1938 by East Oahu farmers and a Kailua papaya cooperative as a farmer-founded business entity that shifted from farming to home gardening. Today, it supplies plants, floral arrangements, fertilizers, pesticides, garden tools, etc. for home gardeners. There are currently two locations for Koolau Farmers: Kaneohe and Honolulu (McCully). This review is for the Honolulu location. Items that the McCully location carry include: bromeliads, flowers, fruit, orchids, palms, fruit trees, peppers, tropical fruits, shrubs, soil, trees, veggies, hono hono orchids, dwarf fruit trees (Meyer lemon, Tahitian limes, Naval oranges, jabong, grafted mango, avocado). It also offers seed starting supplies, fertilizers for plants and flowers, worm composting bins; and info re growing and care of indoor potted plants, organic gardening, soil testing, and proper lighting. What brought us to Koolau Farmers is my lilikoi vine that I've had in my back yard for a number of years. With the help of bees, the vine had flourished and produced many delicious fruits for homemade lilikoi desserts, such as lilikoi chiffon pie, lilikoi curd, lilikoi bars, and more. But in recent years, the flowers would bloom, but because there are no bees to pollinate the lilikoi flowers, no fruits are produced. Questions to Koolau Farmers confirmed that there is a lack of nesting sites for carpenter bees (I think they're known as the black bumblebees that we no longer see) to pollinate the lilikoi flowers, resulting in a lack of fruit. According to Koolau Farmers, the flowers must be hand-pollinated instead. Staff provided instructions to my hubby on how to hand-pollinate the beautiful lilikoi flowers. A work in progress, and I'm sure more questions to follow. Then the next project will be our dwarf local orange tree. Where is the fruit? There's a single tiny orange on it, yes, only one! Hope Koolau Farmers can help us on this one! Another work in progress. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and provides helpful guidance. An unlikely spot in urban Honolulu to have a nursery and garden supply store, but I'm glad that it's there! The interior space is not that big, but houses boxes of fertilizers and various home gardening equipment for home gardeners. There may be displays of seasonal items on how to grow certain plants, such as hono hono orchids. Open daily from 8a to 5p. Free parking in the private lot. On the outside private lot are scattered variety of healthy local plants, herbs, orchids, and fruit trees. We look forward in working with Koolau Farmers and knowing that they are there to help us with our home gardening needs!

My siblings and I always had plants around us and learned basic techniques from our parents. My mom has prized hanging heliconia plants and torch gingers. After several suggestions to mom about fertilizer, I went to Ko'olau Farmers on Beretania Street and got a bag of fertilizer. This store has been around for a very long time. It's a locally owned name with another location in Kaneohe! I read the labels and asked the cashier if the one I selected would be good for heliconias... He said that this mix will force the plant to bloom. It won't necessarily get greener. Perfect! I can't wait to see the results!
