Having an old-fashioned fuel oil furnace go on the blink can be a challenge. Most companies have no one who can work on them; those that do may have one person who stays crazy busy. It can be a long, chilly wait. The first company I called flat told me I was in trouble, (they couldn't get to me for days.) Then I called Geo Tech. The owner himself appeared within hours, had me up and running in a matter of minutes, explained several things about my set-up that I never knew, and told me about their yearly maintenance plan, which will probably allow me to avoid these emergency calls.
