I took my 2006 Silverado in to get the Quarter glass replaced for the wing window on my ext cab. They ordered a brand new factory glass replacement. After it was installed I noticed a scratch, fading in the plastic handle to open and close the window, and adhesive that gummed up in the glass. It was flawed for a brand new factory replacement. They took pictures sent them to GM. And ordered another new one and replaced that one. They also gave me a ride home and back into Richland both times. All in all they stand behind there work, back there parts, and take care of there customers.
