It was quite an adventure getting quotes for my roofing project. There are many companies, both big and small out there and let's just say I had to wade through a lot of trash to find the treasure. I learned that tile roofs need maintenance and they should be inspected every 1 to 3 years, which was something that didn't occur to me. I do not recommend this company since they are unreliable and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection for 3-6 pm and he texted me and said he could not make it because a job was taking longer than expected and said he wanted to reschedule to the same time the following day which was not too big a deal. But the following day no one showed up and we did not get a text or call saying they couldn't make it. I texted the owner and got no response. The following morning they showed up to inspect without notifying us they were coming. I do not recommend this company if you are looking for someone who can keep an appointment. read more

He was very knowledge with the areas that needed to be fixed and how to complete it. Once the agreeement was signed, it took Dana about a day to contact me to figure out a time to come out. I manage a gated HOA in Sacramento with a large Clubhouse. We hired Gentry Construction to remove and replace a section of roof that was failing over the restaurant bar and kitchen portion of the building. They did outstanding work and the workers and their owner couldn't have been better to work with. Fast forward to the week of Nov. 3, 2025. We notice the ceiling is wet and damaged in close to the same location the roof was repaired by Gentry Construction. I called to report it to them and they were out 2 days later during a rain storm trying to figure what caused the ceiling damage. They figured out it was the curbing around the swamp cooler above our kitchen. They did not charge our HOA and made new repairs to our roof. They also offered to come back out to work with our HVAC company when we figure out how much of the swamp cooler needs to be replaced. This company is rare nowadays.
