Offered for me to come back and have it fixed, but unfortunately did not want to make something terrible, even worse. Then when I let them know that I would just like a refund, I was told I was a fucken pussy. Horrible customer service, I will never go here again and don't recommend anyone else going here unless they want a less than par haircut and to be insulted if you speak up. They want you to use there ATM which would charge a fee and my bank would also charge a fee likely $10 total to save the shop the precessing fee.. I never carry cash. If 3% is really an issue and any transaction fee they may charge it should be built into price. I do like Dillion and would have continued to see him but this policy and how off he was when I used a card to pay has made me consider using someone else. I wish him the best. Dillon gave a great hair cut. I prefer to help small businesses but it must be convenient to use and not costly. If the shop is really worried about that 3% charge an extra dollar for the cut. Honestly, it was how upset he was for me using the card is what made me think twice. I gave it a week or so before reviewing. He does a great cut and I have no issues with his skills. I'm just not willing to drive extra half hour to my bank or pay extra $10 to get my hair cut here.
