Nick checked in on me a few times to talk about either trimming more, or cleaning something up before jumping in. That kind of communication you don't see until you walk out with a haircut or beard trim you never asked for in most places. The shop itself is a true barbershop: great music, great energy, Bruins were on, all the chairs were full with happy customers.
