Hi everyone this is the best I can do due to my awful experience I had been seeing Dr Lee for more than four years now after being under her care and treatment my teeth started shifting asked her she said it was nothing I stated to get worry I could see myself getting worst came back to her asked her again it was nothing I had a gum disease that's stared to get worst I was ready for braces and risking my teeth I asked her about it no I was fine I decided to get a different opinion and I was in for the mess of my life at this time I'm paying six thousand for braces she didn't only shift my teeth she made two of my teeth turn back the front ones I had a huge bacteria that wasn't getting treated bone disease was progressing I need a 11 thousand dollar surgery to obtain both graft implants wisdom teeth removal you name it all she didn't do her work right she was waiting for me to lose my teeth to offer denture i started getting very depressed over this horrible experience I also don't have the money to get none of this treatment I had to get another job insurance won't cover I pray none ever get through this I really have to warm people about it I can't be you can't trust a periodontist but I can warm people about this practice research all reviews sometimes doesn"y really help but I really hope this horrible experience can help someone I'm trying to find out if I can sue I think something can be done about my emotional trauma and loss. read more

THIS REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH FRONT DESK STAFF. IT DOESN'T REFLECT ON THE DENTAL CARE DR. SUH PROVIDES. Secretary is rude. My insurance began in the beginning of this month. I called to schedule my first appt and was informed by the secretary that I was not on the roster. I called my insurance after and confirmed I was indeed on the roster. I asked insurance to talk to the dental office and they said they can't because they are an in call only center, but they can accept the call. I call Gentle Smiles to inform them and the secretary goes off on a tangent speaking over me trying to explain situation to tell me she can't call on behalf of every patient, not even listening to what I'm saying even though I verbalized multiple times I confirmed with my insurance I am on the roster. She then yelled over the phone "WE DO NOT CALL ON BEHALF OF THE PATIENTS YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL NEXT MONTH" and hung up in my face. Called the insurance again who confirmed for the second time I was on the roster. Called back Gentle Smiles Designs to find that there is a difference in delta care (what I was saying) and delta care flagship and that's why they couldn't find my name. So I suffered at these rude responses because of a misunderstanding. I will admit I don't work in insurance and didn't know there was a difference. Instead of the secretary thinking that I could have been messing up the two because once again I don't work in health insurance and didn't know there was a difference, she dismissed my concerns in a condescending manner to paint me out to be the sole person at fault in this misunderstanding. "First of all you weren't on the roster." "First of all delta care and delta care flagship are two different things." This was about 10 minutes after she hung up in my face exclaiming that I need to wait until next month. All to, I can only assume, prevent herself from feeling at fault in anyway for what happened. I was so turned off by my experience I found myself thinking "do I want to give business to a place that employs someone who handled something this poorly and then couldn't take responsibility in any way shape or form?" I believe the way she handled this reflects extremely poorly on the business and who they choose to employ but the dentist seems knowledgeable which is the only reason I haven't canceled my initial appointment. I feel bad for the dentist because I can't imagine how many patients this secretary drove away with her rude attitude and defensive nature read more

Went for my first visit to see Dr. Suh and was very happy with the care I received. He was very knowledgeable and very precise and thorough. I was also impressed that he was able to pick up on some little things. He was extremely gentle with my cleaning as well. Overall an excellent experience and my only complaint is that I should have come for a visit sooner! read more

First time here. Was here for my son. He has a toothache. They took us quickly even tho we were 15 minutes late (couldn't find parking) Staff are wonderful, patient and kind. Dr. Was courteous and quick to explain point blank and simple. Love that no b.s. Office is cozy and simple. I even got to watch Ice Age 4 while waiting..lmao..definitely going to give then a try myself. Close to home is even better. We didn't have to wait long and the "paperwork" was short and simple. Couldn't have been happier. They do a parking lot but share it with other stores and offices so it does get full quite quickly. It's locates outside of jamesburg in a "strip mall" but their are medical offices upstairs. Definitely worth a check in. read more

Great local dentist! The staff is kind and the dentist is great! They are open every other Saturday and are VERY accommodating and thorough! My wife and I both go here and would recommend them to anyone! They are also very quick. You don't wait very long, and they get to business once inside. Best of all, there is no pain involved. They are truly "Gentle." read more

Be wary. You will likely hear the line; "well I can visually see five cavities... On the x-Ray here are two more, you'll need a root canal ok that one." Funny, my last dentist visit showed no new cavities, and I brush 3x daily, floss once daily, use a flourish rinse and a fluoride gel at night. Just go somewhere else! read more

Gentle Smile Designs is the best practice in the area. Dr. Suh and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never have to wait to be seen by Dr. Suh, and his office staff actually know what they're doing (can't be said about most practices I've been to). I like that Dr. Suh does the cleanings and examinations himself; he doesn't rely on a hygienist. The practice is also very kid-friendly with tv monitors attached to each exam chair. I've been to multiple practices in the area and have always been extremely disappointed- until I found Gentle Smile Designs. I recently moved, and am totally okay with driving 40 minutes to the dentist. I recommend Dr. Suh to all my friends! read more

Love this practice. I have been going for over five years now. In and out quickly, there is never a wait. Dr Suh is great and does the cleanings himself. I have not had any work done other than cleanings since I have been going. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would definitley reccomend. read more
