His dental hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful. She's far more gentle than anyone else whose ever done a cleaning on me. Dr. Sebbio is the only dentist I don't dread going to see. It's a very small office and everyone is friendly. They accept a ton of insurances but even without insurance, their cleanings, exams and x-rays are very reasonably priced.

After my initial exam, Dr. Petroff sat down with me and as gently as she could, gave me all the bad news. I was in shock but she told me we would start with the worst things and move on from there. She also said she would work wirh me on the financial aspect of all this bad news. Because I had no dental insurance she worked out a payment schedule I could manage which was great. Dr. Petroff and her amazing staff are the best that could have happened to me! 13 years later, my teeth ar SOOOO much better! A lot has been done but i have had complete trust in Dr. Petroff and she has never let me down. When my Mom was still alive, Dr. P could see that she had some dental issues but my Mom was 85 at the time so i worried about what should be done. I needn't have worried. Dr. P made a dental plan and then did her best to repare her existing dental work as much as possible to keep th price down for her but still provided the best care possible. She was so kind and gentle to Mom. She made her feel special. I would advise anyone who is taking care of an elderly relative, to bring them to Dr.P. She is also amazing with children! She has what I call the Amazing Dream Team to back her up. Denise at the front desk can work out any scheduling problem and she has the most incredible smile! Georgi is the most amazing hygenist I've ever been too. The rest of the Dream Team are truly the best, most caring people you could find in any dental office. Over three months ago, I visited Dr. Sullivan for an initial consultation, referred by my general dentist. Dr. Sullivan disagreed with my dentist's treatment plan and mentioned his plan was too aggressive which I understand, but she did not come up with any plan or outline the next steps, leaving me in the dark for months. When I followed up two months later, the office was uncertain about how to proceed and referred me back to my general dentist, who reiterated the original plan and directed me back to Dr. Sullivan. Sullivan finally comes up with a plan but I had some questions to understand the procedure, how long it was going to take, etc. They got annoyed with my questions and told me they could not answer them anymore. Part of the reason I had questions was due to the fact that they kept changing their plans; they first wanted to do Invisalign but then decided braces was better, then they were not sure if partial braces would be better or full. When I asked my questions the receptionist whose name was Sandy told me (in a raised voice) they were done with me and frustrated with my questions and did not want to accept me as a patient anymore. Now that is after over 3 months of no progress or plan. I wish they had decided that 3 months ago. Also, their fee is among the highest in the Northeast Ohio area, quoting $8,280 for metal braces, which seems excessively high, especially considering another orthodontist once assessed my case (when I was 13) as not requiring braces. I currently do need braces, but I believe my situation is not particularly complex, making the quoted price seem even more unreasonable. Their quote did not have a breakdown of the prices and Sandy was not willing to clarify/explain the details related to the quote.
