I went to STAR physical therapy in Spring Hill, Tennessee for lower back pain at the recommendation…read moreof my doctor. When I set up my first appointment I was told that since my insurance had a high deductible, each visit would cost 100 dollars. I went for 3 visits and paid the 100 dollars each time. I found the therapist and staff to be quite unprofessional. They spent most of the time carrying on conversations having nothing to do with health care or physical therapy among other staff members and people in the room. Every one of my treatments consisted of the therapist briefly describing an exercise, and having me do a certain number of reps while she walked away. Upon completion of that exercise, she would give me another exercise to do and walk away again. At the end of each 50 to 55 minute session she would print out a one or two page summary of what we did so I could continue the exercises at home. At no time in any of the visits was there any measurement or objective assessment of my progress. It simply consisted of asking me if I felt any better, giving me a few more exercises, and another printout. Everything that was done during the three visits could have just as easily been done by handing me a print-out of the exercises when I walked in the door the first time and sending me on my way. Had I known this was all that was going to be done, I could have simply looked up the exercises online. When they billed my insurance company, they fragmented the coding of each office visit into 3 components. In total the 3 times I visited were billed at 1081.00. After the insurance company acted STAR sent me a bill for a balance owed of 219.21. As a doctor myself, I feel like they engaged in some pretty creative coding in their insurance billing, designed to maximize profit at my expense. I will not return to STAR in the future, and would not have gone there originally had I known how unprofessional, ineffective, and expensive the care would be.

Great women's clinic!…read more I've been coming here since I moved here 5 years ago. I can not say enough great things about my Nurse Practitioner. LeAnn Gordon is fantastic. I only see her once a year for my yearly exams and I wouldn't ever want to go to anyone else. She takes the time to answer my questions and sometimes I have a lot of questions. She never seems rushed and always makes her patients feel at ease. The waiting room is very comfortable and they even have TV for you to watch. The wait is a little long sometimes but I would rather wait than have anyone be rushed through. The quality of health care here far surpasses any amount of time that you spend in the waiting room.

It was an amazing experience, one that I have not had since pre-COVID where I felt I was actually being listened to and heard by any of my providers. I will definitely be following Belinda wherever she goes, as she is normally not in the Lawrenceburg office. The best part is she made me laugh. The nursing staff has always been amazing. I can never find fault with the girls in this office. Truly phenomenal care all the way around. They always ask about my family. Shanda always cracks me up with her wit. The whole vibe of this office is warm, inviting and more like going to visit with friends than being at the doctor. The decoration for seasons is always on par. The color palette for the office, the pictures on the walls are all superb. Lastly, when Angie at the front desk retires, it will be a sad day. She will be sorely missed. She's always been friendly and helpful to me when I have needed anything.

We have been blown away by the care that we have received from Grace Pediatrics! I am so happy that we made the switch, not only because it's closer to our home, but because we like it much more! I feel more supported by the staff, where at the other office, I felt like we were just a number to them. I cannot recommend Grace Pediatrics enough!

My…read morewife has been in Assisted living Memory care for almost seven years with Alzheimer's and has been assisted by Hospice Compassus care for the past few months. I recently received notice that she would no longer be helped by Hospice Comapassus and was told that I could challenge then dismissal. I got about four calls from someone at Hospice Compassus and agreed to meet at my wife's room to discuss challenging the dismissal. I met the woman and NOTHING was said about the challenge. She had me sign a paper about the dismissal. As soon as I signed the paper, she left quickly and told me another person from Hospice would come in. When the next woman arrived, I was told that I would have to find a nursing home for my wife. This was very upsetting to me and I questioned whether The assisted living personnel were aware of the change. I was assured that they were in on the decision After she left, I looked over at my wife, and a tear was rolling down her cheek. I did not think she was aware of the conversation, but she obviously was. I did not go to to the Memory care the next day because I was angry about her being"kicked out" of the memory care. I was told that she was being dismissed from hospice because she had not deteriorated enough, but she was being "kicked out " of the memory care because they could no longer give her the care she needed.The next day (Friday) I went to the executive director of the memory care and questioned him about having to move her. He said that he had NOT made the decision and was not making her move. He did tell me that there would be a time that they could longer give her the care that she required, but now was not the time. The next week hospice showed up unannounced and removed her bed, oxygen and everything they had provided with no prior notice to me or the assisted living personnel. The executive director said that the hospice people did not inform him of the removal and knew nothing about it until one of the employees told him that there was no place for my wife to sleep. He did find a twin bed for her to have a place to sleep. The next morning, I received a phone call that my wife had fallen off the bed during the night. The Memory Care took her to the Hospital emergency room to be checked. Thankfully, there was no damage and she was OK. These people have lied to me and the memory care people. They have stolen things from the room. They have no business assisting those in need. All they do is make things much worse ! ! ! ! ! !
