I'm very happy with the equipment they installed, that is 5-stars all the way. It works very well,…read moreis ridiculously quiet, and the install is beautiful; a work of art, just check out the photo. Edit: We just had them back out to install a new ductless mini-split system to cool our home and their work was, yet again, top notch! They were prompt in coming in and providing an estimate, helped match us with an electrician to get power to the unit, provided us consultation to help ensure we got a unit that would suit our needs today and tomorrow without overpaying, and then did another beautiful install. For both heating and cooling they are prompt, courteous, and I've never seen cleaner work. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive estimates we received, but they are the absolute best value for the money you're going to spend.

Some companies wanted up to $200 to come out and tell me if they could do the job and give me an estimate. Nate stopped by, looked at it and sent me a quote in a couple of hours, at no charge. That convinced me they had confidence in their work and pricing. The job was very involved and had a couple of hiccups, but they corrected everything and it passed inspection from the city. The installation was less than a year old and clearly flawed. While they acknowledged the poor workmanship, they refused to honor the franchise warranty. I tried contacting the franchise directly but never received a response. To make matters worse, their quote to fix the issue was nearly double the original cost. Thankfully, after seeking other options, I found Saturn Electric in Rochester. The inspector approved the installation immediately after they made the change. The refurbished parts did not last long and we had the same issues again. They charged us to redo the repair with a lengthy rental charge while they were fixing our machine.
