Wanted some New York style pizza and Faye's was closed so we found this place and ordered. We got a New York style "basic cheese" pizza, 16", and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were okay. Kind of oddly sized; one was an inch and another was 3-4 inches. But tasted okay. The marinara sauce was pretty good. The pizza... *sigh* ... someone please get these guys a ticket to NYC to taste the real thing because it seems like they got a description from Google and just made it without a recipe. Hell, just go to Faye's; they have the closest I've seen in Sheboygan. As a New Yorker, it's outrageous. A real New York style pizza is juicy, with very flavorful sauce and lots of it, and gooey, oily cheese all over. It fills your mouth with euthoria and slides down your throat effortlessly. This, on the other hand, was the driest pizza I have ever encountered. I didn't even know it was possible to make pizza dry, but these guys did it! Congratulations! I had to have a cup of olive oil on the side to chase this pizza down just so it wouldn't activate my gag reflex. It was mostly dough, and dry dough at that; very little flavorless sauce, and an adequate amount of cheese. The cheese was not oily, as if it was a store-bought Tombstone pizza or something. OH! But wait! They sprinkled some italian herb seasoning on top! That's gonna make everything better, right? Both the guy on the phone and the delivery driver were nice and courteous. This is the second time I've ordered delivery and this time is a major disappointment. The first time we got lasagna and chicken parmesan and it was great. Big serving, plenty of sauce and it was delicious. This time we got fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, a chicken parmesan and an order of breaded mushrooms. The fettuccine was watery and only came with 6 shrimp for an additional $3.75. The chicken parm was dry and what sauce they did add was watery. The mushrooms were cold and soggy, they didn't even have dipping sauce. Don't think I'll spend my money here again. read more

I love the food, but the service in the restaurant sucks. They might have 3 or 4 workers in there (family), and the place is always empty but the tables are never cleared, you have to get up, and walk over to them for another drink, or yell to get their attention because they are always playing on their phones or computers. It's pretty good...sometimes. I have found their pizza is really hit or miss. Some times it's great, wonderful homemade tasting crust, hot, good toppings. Other times it is a hot mess. Would totally order all the time if they were consistent in their good pizzas, as it's the only one my husband and I can agree on. But not sure we're gonna order any time soon as it's too inconsistent, and you don't know what you're going to get. read more

The food was absolutely freezer burnt they ask how everything was we told.them they did nothing about it. Tasted like cardboard. Garlic cheese bread was only two small slices not even enough to to serve 2. The combo appetizers were only for onion rings 6 verry small breaded mushrooms 3 mozzarella sticks which also were freezer burnt. Pizza was burnt. Never again! read more

Good food, fast delivery, reasonable prices. We ordered dinner at a hotel, and were told up to 1 hour until the food would arrive, but it was there in less than 30 minutes. I don't know what they charged for delivery - no where does it say free or indicate a cost. But the total wasn't bad, and food was very good. read more

The delivery time was fast, which was nice and the delivery guy was very friendly! The pizza (pepperoni and olive) was decent. The Alfredo though...don't get it!!! It was off to a good start because it smelled pretty good and had a lot of sauce, but it had no seasoning and was very bland :( Overall my husband and I were a little disappointed. Especially because they advertise as being famous authentic Chicago style pizza. We will not order from here again. read more

Depends on the day. Some days it's delivered hot. More often it's late and cold. Not many non chain options deliver here so they've been our go-to option for years. Have finally had enough of them and their horrible customer service. Frozen pizza from here on. read more

We were waiting for about an hour so I asked how much longer it would take. They said it would take another 10-15 minutes. Bullshit. It shouldnt tske that longer for 20 chicken wings. I could of drive to Buffalo Wild wings and come back and my good wouldn't even be ready yet. read more

Poor service all around. I was told they had something available only to have them call me back 30 minutes later to tell me that they did not have it and that they would send cash with the driver instead of crediting my card. The person that took my order said that it would be delivered within the hour of me placing the order. 1 1/2 hours later the rest of my order showed up and it was all cold to the point that I needed to heat all of it before my family and I could eat. Not only was it cold and late, I ordered New York style crust and had thin crust delivered. The icing on the cake was the cash that was refunded to me was only 75% of what it should have been. My first experience with this restaurant was HORRIBLE. We ordered delivery of a thick crust, extra crispy pizza which came as ordered and was pretty decent. We ordered the Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta which was supposed to have a wine sauce. What we received was spaghetti that was cooked in either unsalted or under-salted water which, if you don't know, tastes horrific. The depth of flavor was a complete MISS. I love angel hair pasta and this was definitely NOT angel hair. This dish was also swimming in water!! If it was the pasta water, it definitely wasn't salted. The second pasta dish was the Tortellini with meat sauce. Again, cooked in unsalted water and swimming in additional water in the container. I am new to the area, trying and rating all of the restaurants I can, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in Geno's. I would not recommend favorably. read more

I tried this new pizza place not thinking what I was going to get and was impressed by the quality if service for the price. My wife ordered a large specialty pizza ( the gyro pizza) and had two drinks a person and our bill was still less that $30 including the tip. The pizza was amazing and the drinks were made perfectly. Our waiter was also or bartender and was very engaged with all patrons in the restaurant. The only thing is wait time from your pizza order to the time you get your food, but if you ask me is a small price for the wonderful service they provide for you. They have made a regular costumer out of me in one visit. I've been back three times since. read more

Food was great when they were at other location now it's all bad.... Today I ordered a gyro and one side of the meat was completly burnt and the meat was paper thin making it dry and crunchy..The pita bread was so hard (stale) it broke in many peices when folded over...& even though I asked em to not put cucumber sauce on it, they put it on anyway... I ask em to do this everytime and they never get it rite. Gyro was completly inedible. Unfortunately I took it to go. Unless you enjoy under cook pasta or burnt food I'd suggest going to a different place to eat. I'll never return here again... There pizza is pretty good. But they fact they can't cook anything else correctly I'd suggest not trying it. & to the owner.... Everytime your not in the kitchen food is prepared how I stated it above. Plz train your cooks. We have enjoyed Geno's Pizza since before they left the Plymouth location. They became exclusively Sheboygan area, and since then - yes; their pizza has been high quality as well as the other foods they offer. What lost them some credibility for us has been how long it takes for delivery. We live close by, and the least amount of time we have waited was and hour and a half. It has been longer than that. There is no way that every time we order, there are so many customers to justify the length of time of delivery. GREAT FOOD! Just order two hours before you intend to eat for the delivery service. read more

I ordered one 12" cheese at 9:40 on a Monday night. It was estimated to arrive a full hour out, and in an hour it still hadn't arrived. I called for an updated ETA at 10:50, and the man who answered the phone refused to give me one. He just said it was "on the way". After another twenty minutes it arrived (I was located 13 minutes away according to Google Maps) -- not very warm, and not what I had ordered. The pizza itself was not that great. read more

Been ordering delivery for years and have ignored the poor customer service. NO MORE! There was a confusion about the method of payment (have always paid with a check in the past). The driver called the manager who argued with me on the phone for 5 minutes. When his despicable customer service was pointed out, he continued to argue with me. Upon searching reviews on a different site, I found repeated comments over several years describing this argumentative behavior of management. read more

We came to town for a visit and odered for delivery this was by far the worst spaghetti I have ever had the noodles were overcooked and watery the suppose meatsauce disgusting, my daughter ordered the fettuccini woth alfredo sauce. She said the sauce was unflavorful and nasty and watered down. She didnt finish it because it began to make her nauseous. She wouldn't try my spaghetti just because of the way it smelled. We found it to be a waste of money. read more
