Thanks again, Called in with a problem with my laptop over a year ago which turned out to be the touch pad was simply turned off, The extremely helpful owner showed me the problem and didn't charge me anything. I called in yesterday unfortunately I wasn't as lucky this time but I was charged £40 and my laptop is working perfectly, and I have all my photos back which I thought were lost.
