Then charging $10,000/month in late fees on a $275,000 loan. We are gathering all other clients of this company and filing a class action Law suite. There are multiple violations by this lender. We are lobbying Arizona legislature and the Governor to put a stop to these predatory lenders. Lenders can charge agreed upon interest rate, but no late fees. Lenders always have the option to foreclose after the first late payment. No one in any service business charges $10,000/month in late fees. Not your credit card, not your land lord, not your mortgage company. Predatory lenders should be in Jail. We are pursuing all legal avenues to hold them accountable for their greed at the expense of unsuspecting borrowers. Do not do business with Brad laons.
