Bad--they were short staffed. My daughter was looking forward to sewing and baking, but for like 2 weeks it wasn't avaliable. This camp is expensive, so no bueno. Also, last day of camp, they called me as I was on the way to pick the kids up. I thought they were calling because it was exactly 6, and I was late, and it was the very last day of camp. The camp counselor says "your son is bleeding a lot out of his nose, it's A LOT of blood" I rushed in. They tell me another kid punched him in the face, but they don't know what happened. They asked who was watching the kids? They said they were too busy, so don't know what happened. The camp counselor said they were understaffed, that they had been "asking for more staff like the other camps have", and that she was going to write a complaint about it. I asked her to send me an incident report via email. This counselor also said "we'll be here tomorrrow (Saturday) cleaning up and will send the incident report. She never sent it to me. It's funny because before the kids did this camp, I saw a review from a mom saying something about the kids being unsupervised, and her kid got hurt, but I thought maybe this mom was overreacting. Now I see what she is saying. Would I send them again? Yes, because they really loved it. The counselors are nice, but they need proper support and the kids can be free, but should still be supervised. I would probably drive a little extra and take them to one that is staffed better.

Chuck E Cheese stole the show with his high fives and dance moves and totally amped up the energy! It was not overly crowded despite it being a rainy day. Food and cake got the job done - drinks were watered down and flat. Overall, great to see kids having fun at an "old fashioned" arcade where kids can still be kids.

I won one of their 3 raffles for a birthday party for 12 and my nephew had his there with 20 kids, so we paid extra and ordered pizzas and drinks for the adults. It was their best package at the time and the kids had a blast! I've been to the old location many times through the years and this new location is so much bigger and brighter. The new fun pass options deliver a great deal especially if you live close by and go often, but even once a month is a good deal. I often see people in front paying regular price for one kid and it's the same cost as 3 months pass! The trampoline area is now expanded with an obstacle course and they raised the price to $15 which includes the socks. I wish they'd do a deal with a pass for the trampoline area and they can reuse their socks - Sky Zone now offers memberships. Staff have been great and I see some even playing with the kids now!

They don't want to be bothered hearing from members, especially not their complaints. The CEO, Josh Bender, terminated the membership of many members who had the nerve to complain about the same problem more than twice though it had not been addressed. Unlike most organizations, although one can find out who the members of the JCC Board they provide no contact information. Clearly, they do not want to be contacted. They had me ejected from their parking lot when their property was a polling place. I was engaging in lawful electioneering. It was actually the chief operations officer of the Bender Jewish community center who did this. They are just horrible people. You can see the video on the officers body camera.
