*note: now their name is Pro ATX Detailers at 512-729-4584 (prodetailers.com) Got my boyfriend the base package for his truck as a gift. We did have a few scheduling challenges but the gentleman was willing to work with us and make sure we were treated right. Arrived with everything needed to THOROUGHLY clean a dirty truck. Quality was excellent (seats were polished and looked new, floor mats perfect, exterior looked great, even washed the engine area). Took about 2 hours for the whole car. All we had to do was park the car outside of our apartment and they took care of the rest. This was post-name-change, but great quality work for a mobile detail. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service Brian and his partner provided. They were very communicative and responsive while booking, arrived when they said they would and my extremely dirty car is now as clean as it was when I purchased it. My wife might actually get into my car with me now! I highly recommend using them next time you need your car cleaned or detailed. My wife and I will be working with them moving forward. Thank you Brian! ______________________________ 7/20/21- Welp, Brain did it again. He came late in the afternoon to fit us in because we have a several house guests coming this weekend and did my wife's SUV this time. Despite the late start he was extremely thorough to the point I had to kick him out because it was almost 8pm and he was still going. The car looks phenomenal and I continue to assert that you shouldn't use anyone else for your car detailing. I certainly won't. Appreciate you Brian! read more

Brian and Nasarah definitely know their craft. Brian arrived onsite promptly and we discussed what was needed and what he could and couldn't do within the timeframe I specified. They take their time and each on person tackles a specific aspect of the vehicle. I even commented to Brian "I didn't realize this paint had so much metallic flake!" Give them a call and you won't be disappointed at all In how your vehicle is detailed. Thanks again! read more

Showed up late, did a rushed job for $200 and was late to his next appointment. The entire time, was on his phone and couldn't be anymore careless about his job. I've seen better results with $25 car washes. Many blotches of grease everywhere. Really messed up the already clean windshield. Refused to come back. Big disappointment and even bigger waste of money. read more

I referred Brian to my roommate after he did such an amazing job on my car. She has an older truck that she's been babying for several years. Brian made it look brand new and she is thrilled. Not only did he and Sara clean the interior - no detail overlooked - but he also power washed and waxed the exterior. Look like it just came off the lot. Thank you Brian and Sara! We will be referring you to everyone we know and will be using you again. read more

Greta service on time and did a really quick but efficient job of cleaning my car! He deserved it after a move across states

I had eight years of stains on my cloth seats and carpet. Brian got it right out in my car looks new again. My minivan had smashed crumbs from my kids and dog hair. Now it looks new and I don't want to let my kids or my dog back in my car :-) read more

Excellent attention to detail. My 2014 Raptor looks new when he is done! I don't know how he gets all the dog hair out, but it looks awesome!! Highly recommend Genetic! read more

Amazing service! I had a last minute request after leaving the beach and realizing I brought back half the sand with me. Brian made room for me on a Sunday and did an amazing job. Quick responses and affordable price for the level of detail. He also asked for my business, the other businesses that quoted just sent prices. This is why I love Yelp! Found, quoted, and received service the same day with a locally owned biz! Thanks Brian, I look forward to next time and I'll try to give you more of a heads up before I need you! read more

I needed a major car detailing as I was selling my car and have a very furry dog that sheds like crazy, and also work at a construction site. I was a little crunched to find a detailer for a reasonable price. Brian was able to schedule me on the date I wanted, at a similar price to other detailers I've talked to, and got all the fur and dried mud out of the carpet within 2 hours, all while I was upstairs working. Great service, will definitely utilize again in the future! read more

These guys provided top notch service and work! Brian and Sara did a great job on my vehicle. I had bought a new used vehicle from a dealer and was told it was detailed. I noticed many stains on my headliner but thought maybe the dealer just couldn't get them out.. THESE GUYS GOT THE STAINS OUT! Genetic showed up on time, gave me a heads up on when they were on their way, and did a great job. My car looks like a brand new car again! I would definitely recommend these guys. read more

GENETIC DETAILING IS THE BEST! Drove my car from CA all the way to TX with a white husky in the car that sheds like crazy. The car really needed to be cleaned inside and out. Genetic Detailing was the first business I found on Yelp and decided to give it try. I was not disappointed at all. Went above and beyond my expectations. My car looks like it just came off the dealership lot! Will definitely be my go to detailing service in the future! read more

Brian and his partner were fast. Responded to a request for a quote in around ten minutes, scheduled for the next day. Showed up exactly when they said they would, detailed two of my cars very well for a very reasonable price. They quite successfully polished out minor surface scratches and my car now has a nice smooth gloss. I dunno what else you can ask from a detailer. Prompt, fairly priced, professional. read more

They do mobile detailing. I had a hair appointment and they came to the salon and serviced my car outside. They did such an amazing job. I researched multiple detailing places before I found them and their pricing is so reasonable compared to everyone else I found. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE the service provided by Genetic Detailing! Not having to leave my house was the thrill of the century! Plus the weather kind of looked like rain during our scheduled appointment time, but they kept checking in with me to let me know they were watching the weather. Brian and his team did such a great job with detailing our Subaru, it looks cleaner than when we bought it from Subaru! I would recommend them to anyone and we definitely will hire them again to detail our other car because we were so pleased! Thank you for the great job! read more

Wrote in for a quote for my element on a full detail. Was responded with $120 which seemed fair since they came to me. The prices listed are apparently old and this price didn't come with any exterior washing or waxing. The guy was very nice, just make sure you either specify a package or the what exactly it includes. I just never had a car detailing that didn't include a wash. read more

BEWARE. Brian and Nasarah with Genetic Detailing are proven, tracked, reported and documented thieves. They were contracted to detail my vehicle on August 28. After they performed what appeared to be a normal service at my home (and after accepting my generous tip, water and sandwiches for their lunch break), they left my property with my spare bluetooth Tile tracker. (It looks similar to an electronic payment card. It was hidden in my vehicle console. It records its location whenever it comes into range of other users of the application.) When I went to retrieve my tracker days later, it was missing. But it also had been tracked for days frequenting the places that Brian and Nasarah visit. Addresses I've never visited. When confronted, Brian responded with a series of expletives and abusive and racist comments directed at me and at his former employer. In writing. I've filed a police report. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. * UPDATE: Owner has now offered reimbursement for the theft. I have not received it. In the meantime, that tracker continues to work and track locations. read more

Very happy with Genetic Detailing -- from the responsiveness and flexibility in scheduling to the end result of our car looking brand new!

If you want to experience ineptitude hire these folks. They'll schedule you for noon, then text and ask to move it up to 9am and then not show up at all. You'll send countless texts which they don't respond to, then call and clearly wake the lady up at 9:30am who says oh yeah guess i mixed you up with someone else. WASTE OF TIME, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't be in business if you can't handle basic transactions. read more

they did a great job with the interior. it had tons of dog pair and stains. it looks like new now.

What a flake. Set up a cleanup on my wife's car for Mother's Day. We agreed to the price and the time frame on Thursday right before Mother's Day. He emails me right before the time he was supposed to get here to tell me he couldn't come until the Monday AFTER Mother's Day. NOT a good way to do business. I'm a man of my word; obviously, Brian isn't. read more

Love the thorough job on my sedan and my boyfriend's truck. The attention to detail on my detail was appreciated! My car seems brand new.

We just used Genetic Detailing for the first time and they did a FANTASTIC job!!! My son spilled milk in the backseat...in the summer in TX...and I did not even realize that had happened for a few days. :( You can imagine the smell...Genetic Detailing came out, and fully detailed all of our vehicles. They did an incredible job and thank heavens, the smell is gone. GREAT JOB Genetic Detailing!!! read more

Honestly, I was really nervous when it came to mobile detailing. I was really tempted to taking my car to an actual shop. Thank God I didn't ! I was able to get my car fully detailed inside and out. Really genuine individual and will definitely be going back for more services in the future. read more

Brian and his partner did a fantastic job on my Toyota Highlander. Very quick response time, sent me a personal quote, and fit me in the very next morning! Washed our 33ft RV and applied a 6mo protectant. It still looks clean a week later. They did a great job, will be using again soon.

Did a couple thousand dollars worth of damage to my car, took no responsibility, Lied about it, and then completely stopped responding. Unfortunately, although seeming professional at first, Brian was very unprofessional in the manner that he handled this situation, and rather did not handle it at all. My couple hundred dollar car wash turned into a 2500$ repair. I would not recommend this service. There are so many other better and more credible services. I did have the car diagnosed and you have actually failed to respond to me at all in weeks. You claim to have Insurance and could use it for this exact case, but you haven't responded except for here since I finally posted a review about the experience. You have my contact and are capable of responding to me directly if you actually have the integrity to take care of any portion of the issue. read more

Responded quickly, came out quickly, made it easy for me to pay, and my car looks awesome. Thanks so much!
