Showed up late, did a rushed job for $200 and was late to his next appointment. The entire time, was on his phone and couldn't be anymore careless about his job. I've seen better results with $25 car washes. Many blotches of grease everywhere. Really messed up the already clean windshield. Refused to come back. I needed a major car detailing as I was selling my car and have a very furry dog that sheds like crazy, and also work at a construction site. I was a little crunched to find a detailer for a reasonable price. Brian was able to schedule me on the date I wanted, at a similar price to other detailers I've talked to, and got all the fur and dried mud out of the carpet within 2 hours, all while I was upstairs working. BEWARE. Brian and Nasarah with Genetic Detailing are proven, tracked, reported and documented thieves. They were contracted to detail my vehicle on August 28. After they performed what appeared to be a normal service at my home (and after accepting my generous tip, water and sandwiches for their lunch break), they left my property with my spare bluetooth Tile tracker. (It looks similar to an electronic payment card. It was hidden in my vehicle console. It records its location whenever it comes into range of other users of the application.) When I went to retrieve my tracker days later, it was missing. But it also had been tracked for days frequenting the places that Brian and Nasarah visit. Addresses I've never visited. When confronted, Brian responded with a series of expletives and abusive and racist comments directed at me and at his former employer. In writing. I've filed a police report. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. * UPDATE: Owner has now offered reimbursement for the theft. I have not received it. In the meantime, that tracker continues to work and track locations. read more

Wrote in for a quote for my element on a full detail. Was responded with $120 which seemed fair since they came to me. The prices listed are apparently old and this price didn't come with any exterior washing or waxing. The guy was very nice, just make sure you either specify a package or the what exactly it includes. I just never had a car detailing that didn't include a wash. read more

You'll send countless texts which they don't respond to, then call and clearly wake the lady up at 9:30am who says oh yeah guess i mixed you up with someone else. Did a couple thousand dollars worth of damage to my car, took no responsibility, Lied about it, and then completely stopped responding. Unfortunately, although seeming professional at first, Brian was very unprofessional in the manner that he handled this situation, and rather did not handle it at all. My couple hundred dollar car wash turned into a 2500$ repair. I would not recommend this service. There are so many other better and more credible services. I did have the car diagnosed and you have actually failed to respond to me at all in weeks. You claim to have Insurance and could use it for this exact case, but you haven't responded except for here since I finally posted a review about the experience. You have my contact and are capable of responding to me directly if you actually have the integrity to take care of any portion of the issue. read more
