It is located just north of the Kroger store. One time it was a taste test for frozen waffles and more recently it was two fragrance studies for air freshener scents. As I am in their data base they often contact me by email with a survey regarding an upcoming study. After submitting my answers I wait to see if I am contacted by phone. Spots always fill up fast so if you miss their call you need to return the call as soon as possible. If I qualify for the study I'm scheduled for a time slot. Studies usually take from 20 to 40 minutes and have very simple restrictions to follow like not eating before a taste test. Always arrive a few minutes early at North Cliff and then check in with the receptionist. They give you some basic paperwork to complete while you sit and wait. One of the friendly and professional staff explains the simple steps you have to follow before your group is directed either downstairs or to the other part of the building where study is set up. Most of the studies involve entering information and your opinions on a computer. When you are finished the staff initials your assigned identification form. Presenting this and your other paperwork to the receptionist gets you paid in cash for the study. Most payments are from $10 to $20. That is how simple it is. I have taken previous cars to one other shop and their quality had went down hill dramatically. Nice shop and friendly staff. They have a few different options for tint. They have a high end ceramic tint that you can use. Only complaint is that you can see what looks like ALOT of blue lint balls left behind that is now trapped under the tint. There are air bubbles here and there, which is expected. But I think that this could have been avoided or should have been noticed by the installed before returning the car to me.
