Since 1988, the Wolf Group has worked with clients across the United States and internationally in a variety of capacities to fulfill consumer testing and research needs. The Wolf Group has experience in sensory panel training and product evaluation, all varieties of consumer testing (Central Location Tests, Home Use Tests, Focus Groups, combination Qualitative/Quantitative) and in QA/QC plant trainings and seminars. The Wolf Group is a full service consulting company with decades of experience in testing design, fielding, analysis and data reporting.
Mona Baker Wolf, founder and president, of the company, has over 35 years of knowledge, experience and practice in the field of Sensory Evaluation. Along with her many accomplishments, she is the co-editor of the ASTM Sensory Testing Methods Manual 26, the best practices standard for sensory testing and evaluation in today's business environment.

Ms. Wolf is a consultant, speaker and trainer in the application of state of the art sensory techniques. Ms. Wolf is the President and founder of The Wolf Group, Inc. a private Sensory-consulting firm. The Wolf Group, Inc. which is a contract testing lab which specializes in quality control and quality assurance testing combining traditional analytical and microbial techniques with sensory profiling. Ms. Wolf has over 40 years of knowledge, experience and practice in the field of sensory evaluations.
Ms. Wolf holds a BS in Food Science from Purdue University, and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a trained flavor profilist and focus group moderator. she serves as Chairman for the ASTM Sub-Committee E18.05 for Sensory Applications - General and is past Chairman of ASTM Sub-Committee E18.08 on Sensory Evaluations by Consumers. She is the co-editor of ASTM Manual 26 on Sensory Techniques. She is currently Chair-elect for the main committee of ASTM E-18 on Sensory
