Brad and Aaron walked me through the whole process, from giving me background to decide if this was something I wanted to do or not, to giving me samples of material and showing off some of their other cars so I could get an idea of what I was in for. They were incredibly accommodating even as I had to leave my car with them for an extra week since I was going out of town. The work was completed on time at an extremely high quality and I was thrilled with the result. Even after I received the car (and had paid in full) they continued to follow up and scheduled a check-in to make sure everything was still looking great. By the time the check-in came around I had driven about 1000 miles and had a little wear on the front sensors (model 3) and the water repellant nature of the coating had decayed quite a bit in some locations - potentially because I had driven the car so far right after the coating had been done. Brad took the car back in and fixed the sensor wear, had the surface coating of the car re-done and also touched up the chrome delete because he decided it could have been a little better - all at no cost. Cincy Vinyl Wraps fully delivered on-contract, but what really shows the quality of an organization is how they treat you after the bill has been settled. I did mine on line but they also have to option to call which is what my wife did for her vehicle. They not only called me the day before to confirm but also sent a text. I had my whole vehicle done with ceramic tint. This is seriously the way to go since reflects 98% of the heat and UV rays which protects your interior. I waited on site for my vehicle which was about 3 hours due to whole vehicle. They seriously have it set up for pretty much every aspect of an individual waiting. There is a snack and coffee area and 3 different waiting options along with wifi. The overall value when adding everything together lets me know we made the right choice in using Eclipse for both our vehicles. Definitely will advise anyone looking to use them.
