We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.

They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.

They broke a piece on the door and told me it was like that when they got the car? And back to today. Bought a new car, looked for local tint shops, found these guys through Pro Ceramics site, contacted them on social media. They were super nice regarding all my questions and tint desires for the new Honda. Timing issues with me being able to drop off at 8a. They suggested dropping the car off the day before and they'd pull in to bay to keep indoors overnight. How thoughtful so I took advantage of this offer. When dropping the car off, they went over everything about percentages of tint, how it blocks the damaging rays of the sun and all the perks. Go to pick up car, ceramic tint looks stunning. Seriously, it's impressive. The lines that are currently visible are all perfect. They get this by using a laser cutter of some sort. Since I can't put the windows down for a few days, I'll update again with pictures of how clean the roll down window tops gaps are. At this point, I'd expect them to be perfection as well. Choosing Ceramic Pro gives me a lifetime warranty that goes with the car just in case I happen to sell. The folks working here are super friendly and don't mind you asking them a bunch of questions. I asked for a wider visor tint to match the factory mirror and they took care of me. They also do paint protective film and ceramic coatings. Go support these local folks. On my end checked in, confirmed address for pickup with them, etc. Half an hour before my flight lands they cancel the rental with message "I won't be available anymore. I'm sorry. Thank you for understanding", then crickets. Don't know what's going on with them and hope they are ok but find their communication and professionalism. Rented many cars on Turo and business doesn't even have to be there with lock box etc. Now I'm about to land with no car. stay away
