On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Jim and the quality of his work at least a 15. Jim sent me photos, of the various stages of the restoration, on a regular basis, just to keep me in the loop. And, the job was done without any excuses or delay. I also saw some of his other projects in his workshop ~ his work is just excellent! My plan was to use this coffee table as a bench at the end of the bed, however it was very wobbly, not sturdy enough to be sat on, and had at least a 5" crack in the middle of one of the legs. I contacted Jim via email and sent pictures, to which he replied to promptly and provided a rough estimate.... so I made an appointment to bring it in. Jim is both a gentleman, who was a pleasure to deal with, and an expert craftsman, who has 28 years experience in both furniture repair and upholstery. He knows his stuff! His shop was absolutely immaculate and he was both kind and easy to talk to. Top notch customer service :) 4 days later my table was ready! Apparently, it required pretty much an entire deconstruct of the second shelf and all the legs, regluing and reinforcing all interior dowels and then reassembly. The cracked table leg? I couldn't even notice it was repaired! I'm thrilled to have my treasured sentimental table back with the ability to use it in more functional manner as a bench for the end of the bed! I would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone who needs furniture repaired. Overall it was a top notch experience in every way.

He came to our house in Montclair to take measurements, invited us to his shop to choose fabric (he has a large selection), then came back to our house with the unupholstered cushions to be sure they fit the space, finally returning a third time with the finished product. We were the GC on the project and we commissioned them to take our wooden carcass and add the padding and the REAL Black Genuine Leather in a diamond tufted pattern. We had him add more and more padding on the bottom to make the guests set in the banquette- not ontop of it (if you know about them - you understand what Im saying) we raised the front so the guests hind legs would be snug and the seat would never want to be vacated (the restaurant also does bottle service)! Zoron and team worked around the clock to deliver the most beautiful and soft and comfortable banquettes that i personally have ever sat in ! The quality was impeccable throughout the entire 4200 LF of banquette. We also had his team clad panels that were installed under the bar along the entire facing of (2) main bars in the restaurant as well as 100 12"x12" wall decor panels! Each item produced was superior quality.
