Prior to this I had never been to this theatre and was pleasantly surprised that it was also a part of the high school. I hadn't realized that before on the numerous times I had driven by. In another lifetime I worked for three live performing arts theatres and the Bell is definitely on par. The seating was great and intimate. I had a clear view of the stage from my seats although I would probably sit further back next time, my mistake when buying tickets. It was an overall good experience.

I love listening to musical performances here as the acoustics are great although performing can be overwhelming because of the large stage and audience. I was grown up watching lots of 80's and 90's movies and this was the great opportunity to join sound immersive experience with the orchestra. And it's only $19 The catch is this concert artists are still students from Vancouver Academy of Music. But they are great. They had lots of audiences and I was happy to help those kids(some are adults) as well. Everyone are happy. Before I booked online, I checked the seat map by the third party website. They have slight "width" difference. I choose wider seat on aisle and it was very comfortable. There was no price difference. I hope it helps you next time.

The set pieces, the choreography and the talent of these young actors was great to see. They're obviously doing something right as the entire theatre was packed all the way to the back balcony. I've seen a few different productions at the McPherson over the years and have always been pleased with the productions. The theatre is clean and the seats are comfortable enough. There isn't much to say about this theatre besides go see a play, musical or whatever performance they're putting on! It's in a great location, just on the outside of China Town. Highly recommend you checking out a show.

The stage was cleverly decorated with driftwood from the local beaches and the setting is a private home in a rustic field. Daniel Mayes, who is an actor in the Ashland Shakespeare Festival was a thrill to watch. Also loved Sylvie Davidson who plays Arial and David Natale who is an amazing Caliban. This show runs until 8/12/18 and it is FREE! The founder of the company wants professional quality theater to be accessible to all but they really on donations to keep the show running. On average it costs $20 per seat. So be sure to donate at least that amount when you go. Trust me, you would be paying 5x that amount to see this quality of acting in a city theater.

"Legally Blonde " sounded like a bunch of women SCREECHING at the top of their lungs! Very Very disappointing, yet this venue continues to disappoint on a large scale! SHAME ON THEM, Unfortunately we weren't even seated near the Orchestra. Typically an Orchestra is in the "pit", where it doesn't Drown out everything else. Very, very disappointing, the Sound Tech's were unable to monitor the problem, but seemed emphatic and aware of the problem! Yet they continue to dissapoint.
