Their design process was thoughtful and detailed, and while they may not have been the cheapest option, the quality, creativity, and craftsmanship made it clear we chose the right team. They were incredibly collaborative and always open to our input. We even made several last-minute design changes, and they handled every one of them flawlessly while keeping the overall vision intact. My only regret is that we didn't find Limitless Landscaping sooner. Our backyard had been built out over time by multiple contractors working separate scopes, which left things feeling a bit disjointed. Seeing how Alan and Liz bring everything together into one cohesive vision makes it clear our yard would have been even better if they had handled the entire project from the start. I've already recommended them to several neighbors and will absolutely continue to do so. After working together through this project, Alan and Liz almost feel like family. Every bill was paid last year on or before the date due. The company rewards on time payments with an extra charge of $7.20 because I paid on line. Do not use this company.

Due to this outfit's poor communication and organizational skills, there was mistake after mistake,…read moredelay after delay, BS after BS, yet owner does not take to accountability. We continue to find problems with the project from shoddy workmanship and, well, not really giving a damn. In addition, there was extraordinary pressure to pay off balance BEFORE completion. Overall, a fly-by-the-seat-of-his-pants operation.

Had retractable screens installed around our patio. Nothing but delays. Multiple holes left in the…read moremetal where they must have made a mistake drilling. One screen fell out of the track this summer. Thank God no one was near. It took weeks to get Ultimate Garage out to take a look. They determined it was a warranty issue and took the screen. It took months to get them back to reinstall. During the reinstallation process, they dropped the screen and broke the ends. They had to take it again. Finally got them back to install and was left with a VERY expensive screen that has chunks out of the metal and still has broken ends!
