Unfortunately, the staff appeared poorly trained, and communication was extremely difficult due to limited English proficiency, making even simple requests or feedback nearly impossible. I asked multiple times and ways for options for the base color of my manicure and no one could understand me until the owner came over to interpret. There was little interest in customer experience or service quality, and the overall appointment was very unpleasant. As one waits, they can choose their polish color(s). The woman who greeted us on the way in was kind enough to pull up a seat for me next to my cousin. It was very nice of her to seat us together when she could've just had me waiting on the sofa. I also thought it was awesome that Linda gave my cousin a 5 minute neck and upper back massage toward the end of her manicure. This is definitely a nice touch.
