They were very friendly and made sure to get all the details of my vehicle to ensure they would have the necessary parts and oil. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and work while I waited and was told yes. I arrived a tad earlier than my appointment (like 15 minutes). Upon arrival there was only 1 parking spot available, luckily I drive a small car and could fit into the space. Unsure where I would've gone if that wasn't the case. They took my vehicle back right away and checked me in. I sat in the lounge area. They have a fridge with complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, a couch and couple of chairs and a tv. There was a smaller more private space that was next to this area with a rocking chair and space for kids to play. Nothing fancy but the Wi-Fi worked great for my VPN. They also have pictures and info about each of the employees. This is a nice touch and helped me know who was helping me. I received a text when they completed service and it gave me a link. At the link was a picture of my car and then the report of everything. I mean everything. For the tires it gave me each tires pressure along with a picture of each tire's tread. Picture of the engine. Picture of the fluids and how it compares to what it should look like. A full report with visual confirmation of everything. Very much appreciated. At checkout they explained everything they did and saw. Also explained their comprehensive rewards program that I enrolled in. Fair pricing. Overall I felt respected and that they were fair. They care about customer service and taking care of the vehicle. I will definitely be back.

However, I always had to return because the problem wasn't fixed immediately. It Took some additional visits and missed repairs to get the service I asked and paid for. This time around my car overheated, AC broken again, not heating, and I was quoted for a little over 3k. Decided to get a second opinion and a quote at a different repair shop and paid 1,300 for the same service and additional services. I Never mentioned the AC to the new shop and now my AC is magically fixed. I thought if I paid more, my car is protected by experts. I was wrong. Sadly, after a few thousands invested through the years, I realized this business is not protecting your vehicle, it is overcharging their customers with minor work done in hopes they come back. (In my opinion) I don't recommend. There are real mechanics and shops that are interested in auto longevity and real labor prices.

To take care of this I decided to get my car detailed -- I have never gotten my car detailed before, and was a little nervous as I don't really know anything about what entails a good/bad service. There were not many reviews of this place available but I read everything I could (and even looked through the sample photos posted on the facebook page) before contacting Patrick. He let me know exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take, and got me in as soon as possible. And wow, I was blown away by what an amazing job he did! He took the time to *REALLY* clean out my car, it really looked brand new. I would recommend his services to anyone I know, and want to even treat my mom to his detailing one day.
