They definitely hacked off to much on one side, I totally understand it happens so I went back in days later after realizing it was very obvious to everyone around me. I was very polite and asked them if they can even it out or at least make it less noticeable. their response to me was "sorry we don't have time right now, but maybe in a few days, or you could call the lady that cut it and she can come in" no one could give me two minutes to try and make it look better. Then the lady at the desk walked to another lady to ask if she had time and she said "it looks really bad" I heard her. This place is definitely missing the mark on customer service. This is the only place I will go to to get my hair done. Calise Garrick does an absolutely amazing job each time and I will continue to come back to her. Her work on Instagram (@fabulouscalise) looks even better in person and pictures do no justice. SHE DOES IT ALL! She did my prom hair style, she does weddings, as well as cuts and colors, absolutely everything. Not only do I leave the shop feeling happy because of her amazing energy, but I feel beautiful-- and so does my hair!!! My hair not only feels so soft afterwards, but it continues to be healthy if you listen to her care instructions. She takes such good care of my hair and makes me feel at home. The staff around the shop are also so welcoming and make you feel at home as well. Refreshments are provided if you ask, and the shop is always top notch. I didn't really like the color that I got. I wanted the lightest shade of brown for summer. Darker than blonde - more like a caramel color. What I got was a medium brown with some red in it. My original color is a medium brown so this isn't the color that I really wanted. I wasn't shown any swatches to choose from so I couldn't really point out how light I wanted to go. I will probably keep this color for a couple of weeks and go somewhere else to get the color I want... read more

They were very nice, but I dislike my hair. The highlights don't even go all the way to my roots. The highlighted color is very different on the top of my head then the body. I would not return. read more
