The isles and each area are clearly marked, which helps reduce search time. I was looking for unique Christmas containers, wrapping paper plus organizanal kitchen solutions. I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. They were stocking shelves and building displays with boxes out of the isleways. I ran out of time quickly, but I'll return to select the perfect items that will organize my overstuffed closets and cabinets. I'm very happy with the amazing selection, showing examples of how to use many items and the enthusiasm of the staff. I'll be returning soon to begin my projects. Fantastic store!

First thing Monday morning I received a call and minutes later was set up with an appointment later that week. My sales consultant John came out and spent about 4 hours with me. I didn't feel rushed. He asked a lot of questions to better understand how I move in my closet, how much time I spend in there, which clothes I used more than others etc. then I left him in there to take measurements. To my surprise he wasn't just measuring the space but he also took measurements of my clothes to see how many long hanging items I have, how many shoes, purses etc. he even took measurements of the chest of drawers ti make sure the items in there would fit in my new space. That level of detail made me very confident that this was going to be a great experience and a great turn out! Fast forward about a month and a half and I have my dream closet! The entire crew from sales to installation was perfect! I can't stop telling my friends to call them! Oh and one other thing from a pricing perspective, I received 1 other quote which I won't name here but they were half the cost.

I had to have space for appliances that I use less often and the corner cabinet in my Pulte home was USELESS!! I called several shelving/closet companies and Closets by Design responded and set a free consultation date first. When Mark came over and took measurements and listened to what I needed and wanted, I knew this is the company that would do it. In less than an hour I paid half down and they scheduled me for a month away. I soon got a call and Charlie said we have an opening sooner! I was scheduled for 9-11 on a Monday. Marcus got there at 11:30am. He did the work within 2 hours. And now, I have the room that I needed without remodeling my kitchen! Unfortunately there was drywall damage. I hope mice or ants don't get in!

I needed additional work space for my desktop computer system, working papers, cabinets for my cameras and other hobbies, and places for tools and supplies.
