If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I purchased a coat from this store on 11/24 for my girlfriend…read moreand she doesn't like the fit. I tried calling the store for over 3 weeks to not get an answer and I was unable to leave a voicemail. I then reached out to Moncler corporate and they said that this store doesn't answer their phones and that they would email the store. They also stated that had I ordered online that I could return the coat for full refund but due to buying at the store I could only be issued a store credit. Well, today I got an email from the store manager stating that I had zero recourse because the store employee cut the tags off and my girlfriend wore the jacket out of the store (straight to our hotel room and then never wore it again). This is the worst customer service for one of many high-end stores that we shop at. I'm appalled at how disingenuous and unprofessional the store manager, Lindsay Sheheen has treated a customer. I highly recommend not shopping at this particular store. Try on here & then BUY ONLINE!!! "Warm regards" @moncler

DECEPTIVE business practices to say the least. When shopping at a high end store and making a $4500…read morepurchase, it is reasonable to assume they offer a fair return policy, stand behind their goods, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, based on my most recent experience, none of this is true for Moncler of Vail. Their return policy is not made clear until after the transaction is secured and is stated on the receipt. The problem being, the moment your credit card clears, unbeknownst to you, you've immediately given away your right to a full refund because they only offer store credit or exchange. It should also be known that this store lists a local phone number to call but it is non-working line. There is absolutely no way to speak with a live person at this shop for any reason, (I imagine it's easier to treat customers like garbage while hiding behind an email as opposed to having an actual conversation). We had to call Moncler headquarters in NYC only to be informed none of their stores can be called directly, online Moncler has different return policies than individually owned shops, and that they cannot help in any way with the situation because the tags had been removed. Let me be clear here and disclose that the sales associate highly suggested wearing the coat out of the store so she cut the tags off and threw them away knowing damn well once this happened, we were locked into the sale and not even an exchange or store credit would be offered. This store has zero regard for their customer's experience and clearly only cares about the sale. A reputable establishment would want to be transparent as a BASIC COMMON COURTESY!!!!!! In some states it's considered fraudulent if you aren't completely transparent before the transaction has occurred. This is the worst "buyer beware" situation I've ever experienced. If you have to covet the Moncler brand, I strongly suggest using this store to check it out in person but then securing the transaction from Moncler.com directly.
